忒比亚 randomly comes and comments some stuff. he was the first to say:

* kokomi's skill scales with attack
* said the 2.1 characters before others
* some other stuff but i can't find the source

New stuff:
* Raiden's resolve stack damage bonus has a separate multiplier.
* Emblem of Severed Fate doesn't apply to her normal attacks while her burst is active.
* Her C4 (ignores 60% of the enemies DEF) also applies to the initial hit.
* Her skill has a 50% change of generating a particle, like Albedo's skill.
* [Raiden got buffed] (didn't specify anything)
