DTLA: LAPD officers have been directed to stay out of sight of DTLA protesters and establish mobile strike teams down Figueroa between 3rd & 9th to ensure that they can block protesters from using any onramps to get on the freeway
Hollywood: LAPD reports a crowd of 300-400 protests with several vehicles following, moving westbound on Sunset at Crescent Heights — advising placing two units in front of the crowd and two behind, monitoring only with no road closures.
