DTLA: LAPD helicopter sent to Temple and Grand to monitor protest

DTLA: LAPD still tailing march, which is now continuing east on Cesar Chavez

DTLA: folks have now reached Men’s County Jail with a flotilla of 🚔🚓 and 1 🚁 on the tail

To clarify: by flotilla we actually mean 4-5 poorly parked LASD buses and some grown men standing guard in the middle of the street

Said grown men are breaking out the riot gear heads up

This includes: tear gas guns, paint guns with pepper balls, rubber bullets, and mace

DTLAish: despite attempting to peace out on Bouchet crowd is surrounded on 3 sides with about 150 sheriffs in riot gear

BH: cops 🐷 are in the petco 🐶 parking lot and sheriffs are circling around the block
