Downtown: Around 1,000 people gathered at City Hall

Downtown: Crowd of 1,000 has moved to the Metropolitan Detention Center where they are now chanting for those who are incarcerated inside

Downtown: Those inside of the detention center can be heard knocking on windows in response to the crowd’s chants
