Windsor Square: LAPD reports about half of the crowd at Irving and 6th has dispersed.

Windsor Square: LAPD detained an individual, brought out riot gear, and cleared Irving Blvd in front of Mayor Garcetti’s house. Numerous police vehicles are lined up at a location nearby.

Windsor Square: Without declaring an unlawful gathering, LAPD has arrested four protestors in a peaceful crowd of 500. Police are brandishing batons and guns with non-lethal rounds.

Windsor Square: Reason given by officers for the first person “being cited” was “being a pedestrian in the roadway”
