Downtown: Crowd of 50 has gathered for Mike Brown’s memorial in front of City Hall
Pasadena: Last night police shot and murdered a passenger in a vehicle following a traffic stop. The victim was a 32 yo man. Following the incident a crowd gathered. One man who threatened to punch the police was tased. In response to the gathering crowd, pepper spray was used and hit a minor. The minors mother then used pepper spray on an officer. The mother was not arrested.
