>wake up and do morning prayers
>work 8 hours and learn new skills
>come home and do Wim Hof method
>run 5k and do calisthenics in the dark
>eat healthy food
>pray the rosary, read the Bible and do night prayers
>train neck muscles
>stretch my muscles while listening to Catholic teachers
>get Vitamin D by using a indoor tanning bed for a small duration
>read some based books
>pray before going to bed
