The word sustain has 3 different meanings;
to maintain, to suffer and to support.
For something to be sustainable has nothing to do with how good it is for the environment.
The word Development can also define an area on which new buildings are built in order to make a profit, e.g a housing development.
Therefore Sustainable development can be interpreted to mean;
A profitable building complex with the ablity to cause damage or loss!

Recipe for Kombucha from KJ!

Next time you buy a kombucha from the store, leave an inch of the beverage in the bottom of the bottle, put lid on and place on counter for 2 weeks or so ...you will see a "mother" or "scoby" forming. This is used to start your new homemade brew :-) Then you brew a gallon (3.7L) water, 6 green or black tea bags of choice and 1 cup (200g) of sugar...let kool then add the mother in breathable glass container(cheese cloth or towel on top)..let sit on counter (70-75degrees (~22°C) is best)for a week and taste it...you can add fruit or ginger etc to it for flavor.
