"If anyone can read this: there has been a "copyright claim" against the channel by someone who claims to represent the movie industry🤔. The problematic post (or posts?) is not specified. Telegram has shadow-banned the channel based on this complaint.
Have a bit of patience while I try to sort this out.
Even in the best case scenario, it could take a few days longer."
I'll keep an eye out for any developments.

"Ok, here's the situation: The last channel was blocked last week by a "copyright claim" - which I suspect was spurious. It happened just as the channel reached a 1000 subscribers.
I've sent plenty of mails, including to Telegram support - not a single reply.
I see no other option than to start a new channel continuing where I left off - please subscribe, and notify others of the change.

Why is the ONS suddenly changing the “excess deaths” numbers?
The UK’s Office of National Statistics (ONS) announced yesterday that they are changing the way they calculate “excess deaths” across the country.
“Deaths above expected” or “excess deaths” is a statistic indicating mortality trends. Roughly speaking, it is calculated by estimating how many people die per year (based on previous years), then subtracting that number from the actual number of registered deaths.
A negative number means fewer people died than expected, a positive number means more. It’s more complicated than that, obviously, there are numerous factors that go into the modelling, but that’s essentially it.
