New, fresh, optimized L Speed.

This APK have old set of tweaks, because of testing, new set will be up at Alpha 2 (beta1 reding from the app).

What we expect from you is to fully test APK attached below.
If you want to report anything, do next:

- Pass a logcat with device info
- Give us L Speed log
- Mention me @Paget96 in a message so I can check all of them later.
