Since this is some bigger change it definitely require CLEAN INSTALLATION
When doing this, don't forget to remove:
/data/lspeed
/system/etc/lspeed if exists
Remove manager
And uninstall module completely, then flash this one. Since we changed template of zip from unity to magisk default one, size of zip automatically reduced. For non magisk users, you can just install L Speed manager from the zip, app works also standalone now. We also not using magisk boot execution we'll start execution upon app get boot_completed, same as the noscript do, maybe a bit later, so it'll overwrite all other tweaks and mods applied before it. You have ability to cancel execution on boot over the notification in statusbar.

This is first canary and next one will be a bit delayed, maybe day or two, have to make it fully usable and stable.

For testing, please test everything and THE MOST IMPORTANT send me L Speed logs and logcat. Without those two I won't even check your message.

Logs and execution noscript is now located in
/data/data/com.paget96.lspeedmanager/files
All the files you need are there, logs, main noscript and so.

Please perform testing and let me know how it works for you.
Apart you check L Speed log, you should check does that parameters applied well on the system by following file paths from L Speed log, so please get the most from your self and do it too.

TO AVOID A LOT OF MESSAGES, please zip all logs, everything you have, some screenshots and videos if you have, if there's something to show me, and apply a message to the zip, like I posting on the channel, zip and message below it.

Everyone who faced an issue with v1.3, please uninstall module, and redownload it again from magisk. Issue happen due to magiks replace the update-binary on installation. It's fixed now.

Hopefully later today we'll be able to test some automation from L Speed. Option called Governor Tuner. It'll check for governor changes for some interval of time and will apply the changes. This also mean it'll tweak every governor you change for sure if it's supported.

Base for new governor tuner is done and should be tested. At the moment it doesn't make any changes to the governors but detect cores, cores type, cores order and much more.

New governor tuner works in background without a battery impact at all, so minimal setup.
Current idea is running every 30 seconds checking for unique cores, min and max freq, absolute min and max, core order and main cores heads of the clusters. Files which Governor tuner generate are on /sdcard you'll see them after the execution.

At boot, if governor tuner is enabled it'll wait for main L Speed service to finish then will jump in.

To stop the noscript, just set governor tuner to disabled.

For those who doing testing, clean flash is recommended, make own setup with governor tuner enabled and reboot device. After about 20minutes, get the files from /sdcard and main L Speed log, so I can check how it works.
Since its 7-8 files, please zip it.

📊 Do you want to test governor tuner now which just perform a detection of CPU cores or wait for integration of some governors?
At the moment Governor tuner detects the cpu type, are cores inverted or no, support for triple and dual cluster and have push some info to L Speed log so we'll be sure that it works as it should. It will work in background and apply the parameters for N interval of time

Changelog for v1.4-canary1:

Governor tuner at the moment just perform a CPU check to be sure is device supported. Perform checks does device have regular or clustered CPU(double and triple clusters), find unique freqs per cpu cores, get min and max freqs, head core of the cluster(if clustered) and print all in log(main_log.log).
At the moment it store some files on /sdcard you'll see them, this is needed to perform checks, data are stored in there. On next builds it'll be moved to L Speed data path (/data/lspeed).

Governor tuner is a background noscript which get executes every 5 minutes to check are changes performed on the CPU (changed governor or so), logs will be updated every 5mins so it'll take a bit of time before you send me logs.

To perform testing on it, please wait for at least 20mins,

Then pass me main_log.log and files generated on /sdcard in a zip file to not overload group with files.

This is a bit of an automation from L Speed, more to come, more dynamical stuff :)

Starting with this version we have a fully working governor tuner, at the moment it have a support to interactive and schedutil governor.

You can add support and preset for your governor manually. Presets are located in
/system/etc/lspeed/governor_tuner/governor_tuner_presets

There are three profiles as you can see, in each is a governor file, all you need is a file named as your governor is and change parameters main paths you want to tweak and values for it. Save file and reboot device. All other will be done by governor_tuner noscript.
