كورونا يخطف منا "فارس المخترعين الدوليين" الدكتور خالد نشوان

وما يجدر ذكره عن هذه الشخصية اليمنية المبتكرة والفذة.. أن الدكتور الراحل قد حصل على براءة اختراع جهاز سُمي "نشوان باراسوند" (Nashwan Parasound) عام 2006 وهو جهاز يقوم بمعالجة أمراض الشرايين دون تدخل جراحي وتلقى عددا من الجوائز العلمية العالمية والعربية.

قُلّد من الاتحاد العالمي للمخترعين بالعاصمة المجرية بودابست وسام "فارس المخترعين الدوليين" باسم الجمهورية اليمنية وكرئيس لاتحاد المخترعين اليمنيين، حيث يعتبر الأول والوحيد في العالم العربي حتى الآن الذي يحصل على هذا اللقب.

يذكر أن الطبيب الراحل "خالد نشوان" من مواليد صنعاء عام 1970 طبيب ومخترع كان يقيم سابقاً في هنغاريا قبل أن يعود ويستقر في صنعاء وينشئ مركزاً خاصاً لعلاج القلب..

رحمة الله تغشاه..وعظم الله أجرنا في هذا الطبيب المخترع..

Elek test

is an in vitro immunoprecipitation (immunodiffusion) test to determine whether or not a strain of Corynebacterium diphtheriae is toxigenic. A test strip of filter paper containing diphtheria antitoxin is placed in the center of the agar plate. Strains to be tested (patient’s isolate), known positive and negative toxigenic strains are also streaked on the agar’s surface in a line across the plate and at a right angle to the antitoxin paper strip.


Antitoxin diffuses away from the strip of filter paper where as toxin produced by toxin-producing strains diffuse away from growth. At the zone of equivalence a precipitin line is formed.

Procedure:

Mix a tube of melted nutrient agar with 2 ml of sterile horse serum.Rotate the tube to mix the serum and agar. Do not shake the tube.Pour the mixture into a sterile petri dish.Using lightly flamed forceps, lay the strip of anti-toxin impregnated filter paper across the centre of the petri dish allowing it to sink beneath the agar surface.Allow the agar to set, then lift one corner of the lid and let the plate dry for 30-45 min in the incubator.When dry inoculate with a toxinogenic strain of C.diphtheriae by streaking a single line of inoculum across the plate and paper strip at right angles to the strip.Repeat this about 1 inch away from the C. diphtheriae inoculum with a test strain.Incubate the plate for 24 hrs and observe the results.

Result:

After 24 hours of incubation at 37°C, plate is examined with transmitted light for the presence of fine precipitin lines at 45 degree angle to the streaks. 


Positive  Test: Precipitin lines form at zone of equivalence, test  organism is toxigenic.



If toxin is produced by the test strain, it diffuses sideways from the streak. The antitoxin diffuses from the filter paper and where the toxin and the antitoxin meet (at zone of equivalence) a precipitin

⬅️العينة سيرم بدون مانع تجلط
✨نحضر شريحه جافه ونظيفه ذات الخلفيه السوداء
✨ناخذ ٤٠ ميكرون من السيرم ونضع على احد حفر الشريحه
✨نضيف قطرة من محلول ASO الى الشريحه
✨نخلط جيدا ثم يتم نقل الشريحه لجهاز الهزاز لمده دقيقتين
وقراءة النتيجه:-
اذا حصل تخثر او تلزن تكون POSITIVE
اذا لم يحصل تخثر او تلزن NEGATIVE
ومن خلال التلزن تقدر القيمه
🩸 اذا شاهدت التلزن تحت المجهر ولم تشاهده بالعين المجردة
Positive 1/200
🩸 اذا شاهدت التلزن بالعين المجردة وكان التلزن خفيف
positive 1/400
🩸 اذا شاهدت التلزن بالعين المجردة والتلزن اكبر من السابق
positive 1/800 or 1/1600
🩸 اذا لم شاهدت التلزن تحت المجهر ولم تشاهده بالعين المجردة
Negative 1/200
وكل هذه يمكن تعتمد عليه بمهارتك والشغل المتكرر
ما لم تريد تتاكد من النتيجه وتدقق فيها انتقل لطريقه تخفيف الانابيب
وبطريقه الانابيب بشرح لك النتيجه فقط
🩸 اذا لم تشاهد التلزن بالانابيب عند التخفيف
Negative 1/200
🩸 اذا شاهدت التلزن بالانبوب الاول عند التخفيف 1/2
معناه نقوم بضرب معامل التخفيف في القيمه الطبيعية
ASO= 2×200 =400
ASO =1/400
🩸 اذا شاهدت التلزن بالانبوب الاول عند التخفيف 1/4
ASO= 4×200
ASO=1\800
وهكذا مع بقيه التخثر بالانابيب واخر انبوب وجد فيه التخثر تكتب نتيجتك عليه

✨Anti-D incomplete (Du methods) ✨

❇️Procedure⬇️
↪️Make 3-5% red cell suspension .
↪️Label clean and dry test tube by Anti-D.
↪️Add 2 drop Anti-D incomplete to the test tube.
↪️Add 2 drop of 3-5% red cell suspension.
↪️mix well and incubation in water bath at 37C for 1 hour.
↪️Add 2 drop of bovine albumin on the slide of test tube and re-incubation
for 30 minutes.
↪️Read for agglutination or hemolysis
❇️The result:
🩸Agglutination: confirm that Rh is positive.
🩸No-agglutination: confirm that Rh is negative
