این دو شرکت با وجود تحریم‌ های بین‌ المللی، ذخایر نفتی وطن را به ارزان ترین قیمت ممکن به مشتریان مختلف میفروشند که در میان آنها چینی‌ ها قرار دارند (که با سو استفاده از تحریم‌ های در حال حاضر بزرگترین مشتری نفت ایران هستند) و مبالغی که رژیم ایران از این حراج دریافت میکنند را برای تقویت نیروهای نیابتی نیمه‌ جانشان به آتش میکشند!

در نتیجه این عملیات پرسنل کشتی‌ ها در حال حاضر قادر به ارتباط با یکدیگر توسط این شیکه نیستند و ارتباط آنها با بنادر و جهان خارج از این طریق قطع شده است.
