Al-Nasā'ī has a chapter in his Sunan:
'Relief at the Death of the Kuffār.'
Hadīth: “The land, the trees, & even the animals are relieved at the death of Kuffār."
It’s sufficient to know of Elizabeth's spite toward Islām & Muslims when she honored the dishonorable Salman Rushdie.

STATE OF AFFAIRS
When the those whom are accused of being “Khawārij” are either imprisoned or killed by the disbelievers - there is no mention of the sanctity of death, nor is the oft referenced and misused Hadith of the Jewish man’s funeral, nor the famous Hadith of Not insulting the dead.
These narrations are conveniently only reserved to be used against Muslims, when they rejoice at the death of a Taghūt, or any other Kāfir.
"A funeral passed by the Messenger of Allah and he said: 'He is relieved and others are relieved of him.' They said: 'What does relieved mean and what does relieved of him mean: He said: "The believing slave is relieved of the hardships and troubles of this world, and the people, the land, the trees and the animals are relieved of the immoral slave."
[Sunan an-Nasa'i, 1930]
Goes to show you, where their loyalties really lie. That’s why, don’t be deceived by some good work that someone does, Allah reminds us of the true criterion:
Do you consider the providing of drinking water to the pilgrims and the maintenance of Al-Masjidal-Harâm (at Makkah) as equal to the worth of those who believe in Allâh and the Last Day, and strive hard and fight in the Cause of Allâh? They are not equal before Allâh. And Allâh guides not those people who are the Zâlimûn (polytheists and wrong-doers).
[At-Taubah 9:19]
When push comes to shove, your loyalty should lie with the Muslim, whether you disagree with their actions or not.
On that note, Alhamdulillah for the هلاك of the Taghut of Britain. I ask Allah to shower the Ummah with more good news.

#FATWA: PRENUPTIAL AGREEMENT?
Question:
What is the correct position on obtaining a prenuptial agreement in order to stipulate Islamic law governing in disputes regarding marriage/divorce/kids/custody.
Would that be considered sinful, or something that is recommended if wanting to marry in the west?
______
Answer:
If parties doubt whether or not future disputes may lead to seeking the judgement of other than Allah — such as one of the partners not being at the level of Tawheed of their counterpart — in this case, a prenuptial agreement in the west would be Wājib (obligatory), to ensure that the rule of Allah is governed in their disputes. That being said, it’s not advisable to marry such a partner in the first place.
If parties are at a level where they will —without a doubt — only allow the Shari’ah to govern them in their disputes, the prenup isn’t necessarily required, however possibly Mustahabb.

Reflections
In our relatively short time on the Da’wah scene, being preceded by many who have far surpassed us in sincerity and effort - نحسبهم كذالك والله حسيبهم, it is abundantly clear that while this field is the most honorable and blessed fields to be in, the environment itself is extremely toxic and filled with drama.
One might look at this as a deterrent to contribute to Da’wah or be involved in Da’wah related efforts or activities, however I view it as a continuous opportunity to purify one’s intentions.
Those whom are doing it to fulfill a need within their life, will be sadly disappointed:
If you did Da’wah for status, you will be exposed.
If you did Da’wah for brotherhood, you will be let down.
If you did Da’wah to please the people, the people will be displeased.
If you did Da’wah for praise, you will be slandered.
The only way one can sustain any Da’wah related activities, is to maintain sincerity and constantly renew his/her intention for the Sake of Allah Alone, because if done for any other reason - one will get burnt out, نسأل الله السلامة والعافية
I ask Allah to purify our intentions, and Beautify our mention in the Heavens, and Allow us to meet Him while He is Pleased with us.

WHO ARE THE KHAWĀRIJ IN WHICH THE FAMOUS NARRATIONS ARE REFERRING TO?
“…The Khawārij that The Messenger صلى الله عليه و سلم informed us about, had [already] emerged during the Khilāfah of Ali ibn Abee Tālib رضي الله عنه, causing mischief with regards to the battle of Siffīn, so they made apparent their Takfīr of the Sahābah due to what occurred between them from fighting; They made Takfīr of Ali رضي الله عنه as a result. So, Ibn Abbās رضي الله عنهم [went to them and] called them to return back to the truth, and used as proof the Saying of Allah The Most High:
And if two parties or groups among the believers fall to fighting, then make peace between them both. [Al-Hujurat 49:9]
[He showed them how] Allah calls them believers, despite fighting taking place between them.
And they (Khawārij) reject judgement [by mankind], and they said: “There is no judgement except Allah’s.”
So Ibn Abbās رضي الله عنهم debated with them regards to this, and used as proof the Saying of Allah:
If you fear a breach between them twain (the man and his wife), appoint (two) arbitrators, one from his family and the other from her’s [An-Nisa' 4:35]
And more than that [from deviances in which Ibn Abbās refuted them], of which are mentioned in the books of Hadith and Siyar. And there is a consensus amongst all the Sahābah, as well as the Tābi’een and the Imams, that these [aforementioned people] are who the Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم intended with His Hadith, and likewise ordered them to be fought, and informed Ali Ibn Abee Tālib about them, and the sign that The Messenger informed would be amongst them…”
[📚الدرر السنية في الاجوبة النجدية — 11:535]
———
Ponder over how The Sahābah initially dealt with those who made Takfīr of Ali, and others from the Sahābah رضي الله عنهم اجمعين some of whom were guaranteed Paradise - by way of sending Ibn Abbās to them to try and debate them to bring them back to the truth.
Then contrast this approach, with the approach of today, where you aren’t called a Khāriji for making Takfīr of those whom were promised paradise by Allah, those whom Allah says in the Qur’an that He is Pleased with them, rather, nowadays you’ll get called a Khāriji for making Takfīr of those who worship other than Allah, and replace the Shari’ah of Allah with their man-made laws, or allying with the disbelievers against the Muslims militarily, and other than them from Matters that contradict the very core of Islam, والله المستعان.
Where those who accuse people of Khawārij, don’t send their ‘learned’ to try and convince you of the ‘truth,’ rather they send intelligence agencies to lock you up, and torture you in prisons until you die, or lose your mind.
This is of course with the outlandish and already disproven assumption that those whom are accused of being Khawārij, are in fact Khawārij. The reality however, with anyone with a sound mind, is quite the opposite.
In our times - in most cases - The Muwahidd is a Khāriji, and the Zindīq is the ‘Salafi.’

"Expectation of reciprocity is also a deficiency in sincerity — one that many overlook & are oblivious to.
Weed out all ulterior motives & intend Allah's Pleasure alone, you will benefit in the hereafter no doubt, & even in this world, your heart remains calm at betrayal of others.
Some, when they do favors to their brethren, they’re not doing it for money, fame, or even status — and they may even say they’re doing it 100% for Allāh's sake — but deep down, they have a hidden intention and motive of expecting reciprocation from the one they are favoring.
Not just in favors, but this can occur even in Da’wah related work. Examples being how one might help out someone in their Da’wah activities with the intention of ‘they’ll help me out when I need it’, or to share content from a more popular account so that they’ll share yours, etc.
May Allāh grant us true sincerity and allow us to meet Him having sought only His Face through all our endeavors."

Shaykh Ahmad's classes on Fiqh are a versatile, practical, applicable, and accessible source of knowledge. Most importantly they're not based on fanaticism to any particular madhhab, rather they are strictly based on proof. This, after the blessings of Allah (سبحانه وتعالى), is what makes these classes such a monumental endeavor in both the English and Arabic speaking world.

Nowadays, the culture surrounding seeking knowledge, or even sharing beneficial knowledge is constrained by severe time restraints. When I say restrained, I don’t mean restrained by the time relative to the life of a scholar, as it once was during the time of the Salaf and certain cases from the pious Khalaf.
It is now constrained by the attention span of the viewer or listener, which roughly translates to a minute to 5 minutes. The culture of sharing snippets and extracted quotes is detrimental to the long term development of the Muwahiddeen and their ability to combat the Shubuhāt spread by the deviants. This culture, while it may be perpetrated by many Da’wah channels (including ours), is done so purely out of necessity, as some knowledge is better then no knowledge, and with the hopes that one day people will out grow this short changed approach to consuming knowledge.
The reality is, Islam and likewise the doubts that are spread by the deviants, are extremely easy to understand and dispel, respectively. All one needs to do is read and understand the work of the scholars of Ahlul Sunnah, as the “hard work,” has already been done; also, it’s imperative to fully take advantage when Allah provides you with a scholar of Ahlul Sunnah, who provides you with a synthesized and comprehensive understanding.
What is perhaps more important than this, is to maintain your worship and extracurricular worship, of which is only seen by Allah سبحانه وتعالى. One should pay close attention to the state of his heart, and contrast it with what he displays outwardly. If what you display to the world, is contrary to what you conceal within your heart, your inward state will eventually take over your outward state — this can manifest differently, but it essentially results in a burn out, and in some unfortunate cases, outright apostasy, and the Refuge of Allah is sought.
Balance yourself inwardly, so that you can sustain yourself outwardly. This Tawheed is a pure fire that burns within the heart, and if there is nothing sustaining that fire, it will eventually burn out.

The Massacre of Ahlus-Sunnah in Zahedan
This Friday, Iranian security forces opened fire on #Sunni worshippers in Makki mosque, in #Zahedan province. The worshippers had gathered together after Jumu’ah to protest the rape of a 15 year-old Sunni #Balochi girl by Chabahar’s police chief. Reports say that around 46 people were killed and 276 injured in the massacre. In response, the Sunni youth raided the regime offices and set them ablaze. Security forces responded by shooting them from helicopters. There are reports that a Sunni group has already claimed responsibility for the attack on Zahedan’s Police headquarters.
May Allāh grant victory to our Sunni brethren in #Iran, who have been under the brutal oppression of the Shī’ah Rāfidah for far too long

How to live a stress-free life
Belief in Ar-Razzaaq is no joke – it is firm and it is deep. They do not have the power and they do not have the ability to rule over Rizq. No power and no ability.
Once you affirm absolute Tawheed in Ar-Razzaaq, you live at peace and at ease. It is among the biggest sources for the anxiety disorders of today, depression, stress and traumatic stress. When you know it is from Allah, you live at ease and peace. You leave it in the hands of Allah and you live a stress free life.
