The Good and Evil Deed of a Person After Death.

People are divided into three categories regarding their deeds and actions after death:

1) The one whose good deeds and evil deeds will cease. No more. It will all come to a halt with his/her death.

They left behind no legacy, they left nothing behind. Whatever they used to do came to a finish with their death. They left nothing behind like charity to benefit them, so the good deeds and evil deeds stop with such a person’s death.

2) The good deeds will come to a halt with death however the evil deeds will continue on even after his/her demise. What an evil ending indeed.

His evil will continuously spread even after his/her death and they will continue to get the evil against them on their record.

📌 For example, the one who used to own a liquor store, he established it and that store continues to sell the alcohol after him.
📌 For example, a person who bought a house using Ribaa (interest/usury), he passed away but the house is still being used, the evil deed will continue until the house has been settled.
📌 For example those who deal with them illicit evil videos and they send it to others and it gets used. So long as it is available and still being used that evil will continue to go against him on his record.
📌 A person who spreads corruption and encouraged it upon others, whether it be evil beliefs and teachings he/her spread throughout their life, or as we see prominently today, those who seek to corrupt our women of the Ummah by negating shyness away from them or by influencing them not to dress according to the Shari’ah, those who encourage for the clothings to be ‘modernised’ or to ‘fit the latest fashion trends’ despite it going against the laws of Allah, taking advantage of the vulnerable. Such a person will continue to have evil against them even after their death.

3) The one whose evil deeds will cease however his good deeds will continue on. A blessed and truly lofty station.

Such a person’s good deeds continue even after the person dies. This is a true mercy and bounty from Allah. If the person used to commit some evil deeds (which every son of Adam sins and the best of them are those who repent), these deeds will end with the person’s death. However some good deeds continue on even after a person passes away.

📌 For example, a righteous child making duah for his/her parents.
📌 Continuous hasanaat that he left behind, beneficial matters that continue such as scholars who author Islamic books and they continue to benefit the Ummah. A well. A Quran he/she donated and it’s being recited from etc. This reward will continue on even after the person’s demise.

Look at some of the giants of this religion, the likes of Ibn Taymiyyah and An-Nawawi (May Allah be pleased with them), even the righteous pious predecessors like Abu Hurairah and Aisha, and all those who followed in truth after them. They reap continuous benefit even after centuries have passed due to the charity they left behind for this Ummah - the knowledge which spread even to us in this day and age. Their good deeds never came to a halt rather it blossomed. They left a legacy, they accomplished and established things in their life - short hard labour which they reap the fruits for eternally. May Allah be pleased with them all.

The best example of this is that of Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم, the best of Allah’s creation. He dragged mankind from the depths of darkness to illumination, from eternal punishment to eternal bliss. He helped and he guided, and he is rewarded for every person who follows and does good until the Judgement Day!

Are you giving Da’wah to The Deen of Allāh سبحانه و تعالى or to yourself?

How could you, even for a moment, think that posting your Niqabi selfies with long Islamic captions, is an acceptable way of Da'wah for a Muslim woman, when even The Mothers of The Believers used to give Da'wah while being hidden behind a curtain? If it was acceptable, why did they not sit in the public in their Niqab and preach? They were scholars, and this was their etiquette in teaching, and most of these influencers aren’t even proper students of knowledge but they are arrogant when told to follow the example of our Mothers A’ishah and Hafsah رضي الله عنهما and not display themselves. Surely there is hypocrisy and doubtful intentions in a post where the picture is focusing on showcasing the beauty of the eyes or the luxurious adornments and clothing and the caption is urging people to remember Allāh. Who are you trying to fool, this is “Da’wah”?

Wallahi they taught men as noble and respectful as the Sahabah, yet they remained hidden and out of their sight, harsh in their voices, and to the point. Your followers are possibly full of the filthiest types of men, but you leave your selfies in their phones shamelessly, post your voice for no reason while it is soft, and rant aimlessly about your life.

Do you only seek to follow their examples or mention them when it comes to being a “business woman” or the likes? When will you learn to emulate them in their impeccable Hayah?

"Tell me by Allah, when Allah is the judge and He judges and decrees a matter is there any person on this Earth, whether it be your mother, your father, your family or even the whole world gathered together, is there anyone who can put back His judgement? NO! Relax, when you comprehend this you will be different, when this matter [of Qadaa and Qadr] is perceived you will find illumination even in the darkest of moments, you will find fragrance even in the days which reek the most, you will find your heart content even with the Earth is shaking beneath your feet."

"Be happy, don't get angry or upset with anyone, they are nothing. That judge in the court room, when I saw him I said, ‘O Allah only you dictate upon him what to say!’ - Allah is the judge, there is none that can put back His judgement, and it has already been written down, He created ALL things, and He ordered them in due proportion, do you know what that means? It means Allah ordered them to be exactly what He ordered them to be."

"Provision is not only the wealth, provision is knowledge, prayer,
it's to say salaam, to learn something, to offer prayer, to fast, all of it is provision.

People they think when it comes to provision (it’s only) like materialistic things, but no, even to love a Muslim, that's a provision from Allah, that's a blessing from Allah."

🍃 many stories of brothers and sisters you will find that they were very young in age, the youth of our ummah who chose the life of honor despite the thorns on its path and without hesitation they threw away the life of humiliation despite its comforts and luxuries that lures one towards it.

Young men and young women who stepped forward and sold this world for Paradise.. who sacrificed all that which is valuable and their nufūs (souls).. and the most beautiful part of it, is that usually as you grow older your fear of poverty & fear over your safety and life tends to increase except for those who Allah Protects, and usually it is the youth who just don't care about any of it and don't think twice about doing things that would threaten them in either of these aspects. Their tawakkul is so strong and fresh, their azm (determination) is like steel and their footsteps are light like feathers. They run towards the finish line despite the obstacles and they carry the banner and strive for their Lord without worry.

Is it permissible for a man to walk on the street while holding the hand of his wife if she is covered in sharʾi hijab?

Question: Is it permissible for a man to walk on the street while holding the hand of his wife if she is covered in sharʾi hijab?

Answer: It is not from the customs of the ʾArab that the man walks holding the hand of his wife, rather this is from the customs of the Afrang (Americans and Europeans). And indeed, this is contrary to decency and modesty.

And it was narrated by some of those who command the good and forbid the evil, that he saw a man walking holding his wife’s hand, so he rebuked him, and he (the man) said: “but she is my wife,” so he replied: “she is your wife in your house” — in other words, not everything that you are permitted to do with your wife in your house, is permissible for you to do it with her in front of the people.

And Allah (taʾala) knows best.

Is it forbidden for women to gather their hair (with bands/clips) in a way which raises it and makes it appear bigger, such that one can notice it evidently from behind the hijab?

Question: Is it forbidden for women to gather their hair (with bands/clips) in a way which raises it and makes it appear bigger, such that one can notice it evidently from behind the hijab?

Answer: If she does that in her house as beautifying herself for her husband, then there is nothing wrong with it.

However if she goes out in front of the people like that - even if she’s wearing a hijab - and they can recognize it (the enlarged shape of her head), then it is not permissible, and it enters under the warning mentioned in an authentic and proven hadith: “There are two types of people who will be punished in Hell whom I have not seen yet: men with whips like the tails of cattle, with which they will beat the people, and women who are clothed yet naked who incite men and are inclined towards men, with something on their heads that looks like the humps of camels, leaning to one side. They will never enter Paradise or even smell its fragrance, although its fragrance can be smelt from such-and-such a distance.”

And the meaning of “with something on their heads that looks like the humps of camels, leaning to one side.” Al-Nawawi (rahimahullah) said: “That is, to make their heads look large and bigger by wrapping turbans or headcloth or similar stuffs.

And Allah (taʿala) knows best.

The heart is aching...

During the initial starting period of Islam, if a deceased believer was brought before the Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم, the Prophet would inquire if the deceased left behind any debt, if the deceased left behind no debt then the Prophet would offer the funeral prayer over him/her. However, if he was answered in the affirmative he would further inquire if the deceased left anything behind that would cover the payment of his debt, if his debt was covered and settled then the Prophet would offer the funeral prayer over him/her. But if he was informed there is nothing he left behind to settle his debt then the Prophet would tell his companions to perform the funeral prayer over their (deceased) companion.

After Allah made the Prophet victorious, and the bounty of Allah was abundant - booty came from all directions, the Prophet said, "I am closer to the believer than his self. If any believer leaves behind any wealth, let his relatives inherit it. But if he leaves behind debt or orphans, bring them to me, I will take care of them!"

There is an addition to this hadith which some scholars weakened but others held to be authentic. The Prophet was asked, O Messenger of Allah, is this rule only for you or does it apply to all those who come after you? The Prophet replied this applies to every ruler who comes after me.

The point we're extracting from here is that the Muslim Ummah, the Muslim people are like the human body if one part aches the rest of the body suffers with it. Islam has been completed, this religion is perfected by the Creator of all things, our hearts should ache with the ache of another believer. What we see is the opposite today, look at the Muslims these days, the rulers who stole the land and the wealth of the land and live lavishly whilst the population are poor and they are forced to sell their body parts to survive from starvation. It's strange, we see individuals hoarding enough wealth to enrich the entire Ummah, we ask these people what will this wealth benefit you in this grave? You will certainly be questioned about every cent.

Look at our pious predecessors, Islam reached its peak in their hands to the extent that even the birds that flew over their empire wouldn't go hungry! That's because of their justice and selfless characteristics, they would priorities the hereafter and the wellbeing of the Ummah despite it requiring them to remain hungry and sleepless. One time Umar Ibn Abdul Aziz (may Allah be pleased with him) sent out his men to collect and distribute the Zakah to the poor in Yemen, they went out and searched around and came back saying, we would not find anyone who is poor and in need. So they took the Zakah which they collected (wheat, dates etc.,) and they threw it in the desert for the birds to eat, that's when the famous statement was made, "Indeed, Umar ibn Abdul Aziz enriched the people."

All the Muslim countries live in sub-human conditions, extreme poverty and oppressive regimes. Most of the Muslim people in the majority of the Muslim world starve to death whilst the Riff-Raff scholars watch them silently die, supporting and empowering the rulers who live lavishly at the expense of the Ummah so they can take a share with them.

#MuslimPrisoners| The Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم gave us a direct order in the Sihāh — the obligation to secure the release of our prisoners. We do not have to keep going over that. Raising awareness to their situation on your social media account is something you should take to heart. It leaves a great impact and it is the least that you could do. It takes no effort and it brings you no harm. On top of that and more important than that is you make du’ā for them behind their backs. If you do not use your social media for that, what do you use it for? To tell people when you went to drink coffee and came back? Who cares!

Q. Some sisters want to make an Islamic magazine and send it to the brothers that are behind bars and communicate with them, is this allowed?

A. No, this is not permitted. Communication is for male to male and female to female communication, otherwise, it still falls under free-mixing, there are enough people to communicate with the same gender. The sisters should send it to the sisters and the brothers should send it to the brothers.

The rule is, there isn’t any communication or any mingling between non-mahram until it ends with evil consequences. You cannot do something that’s Haraam in whatever form it is, even if you have good intentions! If the intention was truly sincere, it would follow the guidelines and boundaries set by the Quran and Sunnah.

The Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم no man and a woman is alone except that the Shaytaan is the third.

Those riff-Raff scholars who allowed mingling are short-sighted and have a defective mind sitting in their ignorance. They contradict the sayings of the Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم.

One time I dealt with the case of a girl wherein a man used to call her, there was no prior relationship and communication between the two. She used to scold him and tell him to stop calling her. She didn’t think much of it however the man was patient, eventually luring her in with his sweet talk. The case concluded in it evolving into a relationship, eventually leading her to sneak out and meet with him. Shaytan trapped them and it led to evil consequences. The Shaytan works gradually to deceive you not
precipitously.
