It was said to one of the Salaf: Death is a good thing.
He said: O son of my brother, do not do that, for an hour of life in which you ask Allah for forgiveness is better for you than an eternity of death.

If a one allows his vision to be obscured by the clouds of his trials, he will never be able to weather the storm.
Sharpen your sight. A believer must see right through the storm and into the calm awaiting him on the other side — an abode where he shall never suffer heaviness of heart again, nor shall he grieve.
وَإِنَّ ٱلدَّارَ ٱلْـَٔاخِرَةَ لَهِىَ ٱلْحَيَوَانُ ۚ لَوْ كَانُوا۟ يَعْلَمُونَ
And indeed, the home of the Hereafter - that is the [eternal] life, if only they knew.

A Litmus Test from the Trustee of RasūlAllāh ﷺ
This Manhaj is the Haqq, without a sliver of a doubt, and as a result, it is one in which Allāh سبحانه وتعالى tests the adherents severely. Brothers and sisters need to be aware of the fact that nobody is above being tested, and nobody is above being misguided if Allāh had willed it upon them (ونعوذ بالله من ذلك) — no matter how knowledgeable, outspoken, or dedicated he/she had been to this Manhaj and ‘Aqīdah prior to their misguidance.
It’s important for us all to be aware that while Allāh tests individuals, their failure of the test becomes a test for others as well. We often see that when well-known Dā’īs, outspoken social media personalities, or close intimate friends turn their heels on the Manhaj, others are left confused and some even start to have doubts regarding their own beliefs. Some question, “Why would someone seemingly so staunch or well-versed in the Manhaj have changed unless they found out they were upon misguidance?” But this question only arises from a lack of understanding of the nature of Fitnah itself and how to recognize it. If Fitnah was easy to avoid and recognize, the masses wouldn’t fall prey to it. Only those who Allāh has mercy upon can see it for what it is and avoid it, نسأل الله السلامة والعافية. It’s sneaky, it’s crafty. It finds its way even to the most knowledgeable and seemingly firm of people and often disguises itself as truth. The only weapon one has against it is Allāh’s Mercy and Protection upon him, and we ask Allāh to have mercy upon us and protect our hearts from deviating after having been guided.
However, it’s certainly not impossible to recognize it. I would like to remind the brothers and sisters of the litmus test provided to us by the esteemed Sahābi Hudhayfah رضي الله عنه, which serves as a great source of clarity in the dark times we’re going through. One can use it to test and recognize the state of others, and more importantly, to test himself — if he’s sincere and truly desires to keep himself upon the Blessed Path. You’ll see that his denoscription fits perfectly to many you see as of late, who fall prey to the same doubts they once refuted and clarified to others.
Hudhayfah رضي الله عنه said, “If one of you wants to know if he was hit with a Fitnah by Allāh (if Allāh misguided him) or not, then let him look: if he used to regard matters as Harām and now sees them as Halāl (he flipped it) or he made matters Harām which he used to deem Halāl, then he has been hit with a Fitnah.”

Shaykh Ahmad Mūsā Jibrīl حفظه الله commented on this statement, saying:
“If he is talking about Harām and Halāl, then worse than that is those who change their 'Aqīdah! What a coincidence — the changes in the principles of Islām so suddenly and so drastically all happened twelve years ago. What is going on here? What happened? Did they all suddenly get some type of revelation we do not know about? What was it that happened that their 'Aqīdah so suddenly and drastically changed overnight?
In another narration in Musannaf ‘Abdur-Razzāq and in Sunan Al-Bayhaqi, Abu Mas'ūd Al-Badri entered upon Hudhayfah. Abu Mas'ūd Al-Badri walked in on the Sahābi Hudhayfah — the same Sahābi we were talking about who is the holder of the secrets of the Prophet ﷺ. He said, “Advise me.” He is seeking advice from the man the Prophet ﷺ trusted with secrets. He (Hudhayfah) said, “Do not be like a snake, shedding skin in the Deen of Allāh.”
The skin of a Muslim does not moult in the Deen of Allāh. The moulting in the Deen of Allāh by some Du'āt has become a topic of mockery to the non-Muslim journalists and non-Muslim experts in these matters. Being firm on the correct way is an honor. Say ‘Alhamdulillah’ if you are on the correct way and you have been on it. WAllāhil-'Adheem, it is the biggest blessing you could get…It is an honor many had, but Allāh deemed them unworthy of it, so He stripped many of that honor and kept the very few.
Do not bolster about that big boy. WAllāhil-'Adheem, following in the footsteps of the Sahābah was an honor and Allāh the Almighty stripped you from it. Who keeps people firm on the right 'Aqīdah and who takes them away from the right 'Aqīdah? Allāh tells His own beloved ﷺ:
Muhammad (ﷺ)! You would have been misguided if Allāh did not keep you on the Right, Guided path. That is talking to the Prophet ﷺ.
An Arabic poet who saw changes in his scholars in his area said: Your friends are no longer what you used to see them as. They went through phases and phases of moulting and changing!
As Fitan go on and as the snow keeps melting, you will see the reality of many more. That is the great benefit of the struggles that the Ummah goes through. The snow melts, and you see what is under it.

In order that Allāh may distinguish the wicked from the good, and put the wicked one on another, heap them together and cast them into Hell. Those! It is they who are the losers. (Surat Al-Anfāl: 37)”

Doing well in terms of ‘Ibadāt & Īmān, achieving goals and nearing others, and then out of nowhere life becomes replete with disturbances and issues?
Make no mistake — these are no coincidences, rather they’re distractions from the Shaytān. As soon as one starts to fail or falter, life becomes as smooth as ever once again.
Never forget that in every moment of your living, you’re accompanied by عدو مبين.

Proper pronunciation of the Qur’ān (Tajweed and Makhārij) is some of the bare basic knowledge that every Muslim should have. Non-Arab brothers and sisters should realize that the longer you put off learning it, the harder it will become when you do eventually try. If you need proof of that, try to teach your parents or grandparents the proper pronunciation of Arabic letters and watch them struggle. For most, no matter how much you teach them, it will always be difficult and strenuous, and even if they learn to the best of their ability, it will not be perfect.
The older you get, the more your tongue becomes settled in the pronunciation of your mother tongues — and the more difficulty it finds in trying to adapt to new languages. Start learning the proper way to recite as early as possible so that you can master it, and so that you can pass it on to your children with ease. It is not fitting to delay something so important, and it can even be sinful to do so depending on how much of a novice one is (such as if the mistakes change the meaning of the words).
May Allāh سبحانه وتعالى make us all from Ahl Al-Qur’ān and honor us through it.

When it rains,
it surely pours.
But Allāh’s Lutf
opens new doors.
Back to back,
a tiring test.
Soon will come
an eternal rest.
Hands tremble,
Hearts break.
Silent patience
For Allāh’s Sake.
Endless nights,
Dreaded days.
Difficulties pass,
They’re only a phase.
Keep your head up,
Continue your fight.
Your heavy heart,
Shall soon be light.
it surely pours.

“Making it obvious that you find something that a non-Mahram brother said funny is a Fitnah — the result of which has always been catastrophic for intentions. If you, as a Muslim woman, care about your brothers, their Da’wah, their intentions, and their hereafter, refrain from doing this, we ask you by Allāh.
It’s pitiful that this needs to be said, because most girls learn this in their early school years — laugh at a random kid’s joke, and he won’t leave you alone after that. That was with children, imagine grown adult women and men SubhānAllāh, and in an arena like Da’wah. What’s worse is those sisters who join live religious discussions or even written discussions by brothers (on Twitter, etc.) and fill the comments and quote tweets with their laughing emojis and “LOLs” and whatnot. My sister, laugh about it in private please. This is not how you act in public. Funnily enough, for most, this behavior ends the moment they’re married. Either because their husbands knock sense into them (the better assumption), or because of the other obvious reason (the behavior was attention seeking, and we’d hate to assume that about any of our sisters).
And if you really can’t hold back from commentary or if you have something beneficial to add (in a LIMITED, non-Fitnah context and way), then use an anonymous account that isn’t obviously a female and don’t engage further. This is better for you heart and theirs.”
