"When you have pious father, a knowledgeable father, he's going to carry his legacy on to the son. You're going to see it and learn it by watching. You're going to inherit it in your blood like your father had it — usually — with exceptions."

— A statement Shaykh Ahmad Jibrīl (حفظه الله تعالى) made about Imām Al-Bukhāri (رحمه الله) decades ago, that is very much a denoscription of his own life as well. نحسبه كذلك والله حسيبه

May Allāh bless our two Shaykhs endlessly.

For most, if they were to make sincere Du’ā to Allāh سبحانه وتعالى to remove the distractions in their life that cause them to neglect His remembrance, they would find soon after that their phones would break (I have personally heard of multiple such cases).

It’s a shame how addicted many brothers and sisters have become to mindless scrolling and staring aimlessly at screens, neglecting their hereafter therewith.

May Allāh forgive us, I know many who have never gone a day without social media (willingly), yet they go many days without reciting Qur’ān.

May Allāh forgive us, I know many who are up to date with every small detail of what’s going on in the world and what’s trending, but they have no idea about anything that’s going on in Da’wah and new classes that are being released and available.

May Allāh forgive us, I know many whose phones are glued to their hands — they don’t go from one room in the house to another without it — yet their hand hasn’t touched their Mus’haf in weeks.

May Allāh forgive us, I know many who go crazy and become agitated when they lose their phone for a few hours, but I’ve never seen them become that irritated and frustrated upon seeing the principles of the Dīn being violated in front of them and often remain unaffected.

May Allāh forgive us, I know many who are so chronically online that they’re an encyclopedia when it comes to any trending topic or news, but their Salāh is replete with mistakes and they’ve never even bothered to research to make sure that they’re praying right.

May Allāh forgive us, how many we see who are locked into their phones and so concentrated that they don’t hear you when you speak to them, but when praying, their ears are everywhere except in what they’re reciting.

May Allāh forgive us, how many we know who find it hard to put down their phones when they’re doing something on it, yet they can recite a single Juz’ without putting their Mus’haf down after every page or so to pick up their phone and scroll or text.

They’re hyper aware of every worldly news, yet they have little to no awareness regarding their Ākhirah and their acts of worship. Their hearts are disturbed upon not checking their notifications for a few hours, yet remain at peace when not having engaged in ‘Ibādah for a lengthy period. In their free time, they pick up the phones to remain busy, yet when reminded of Dhikr and Nawāfil, all of the sudden “there’s no time”. First thing in the mornings, they hastily check their phones to find out what they “missed out on”, but the caravan of the night worshippers left while they slept and they had no concern of missing out on it.

For most of us, our phones are our enemies, they harm our hereafter more than the good they bring to it. So it’s upon you to be aware of the Fitnah that is within in your hands 24/7 and have self control and awareness in regards to it.

May Allāh forgive us all and rectify our hearts.

Police officers who give the commonly known and generic “Oath,” by choice and at their free-will, which includes upholding the US Constitution and defending it, along with other man-made systems of governance that contradict the Shari’ah of Allah (among the numerous other Islamic violations of being a police officer in the US) — have committed a nullifier of Islam barring duress, and those who die in such a state are absolutely forbidden from having a Janāzah, nor Tarahum be performed upon them, rather, their corpses shouldn’t even be allowed within the vicinity of a Masjid.

“Mashāyikh” reciting the Ayāt about the Martyrs who Died for The Sake of Allah upholding Tawheed, or the Ahādeeth pertaining to one who spends the night on-guard for the Sake of Allah not being touched by the hell-fire — over police officers who died upholding their oath to the laws of the Tawagheet, whilst the sheep within the communities weep tears of tacit acceptance, shows not only their low status and absolute disrespect of The Sacred Ayāt and Hadīth of The Messenger عليه الصلاة والسلام, but it highlights the widespread ignorance and lack of Tawheed that has festered within the communities at large.

This is a time and age, when those who fight to establish The Laws of Allah on this earth are deemed as villains, while those who fight to uphold and protect the laws of the Taghūt are referred to as heroes.

11 | THE GHURABĀ SERIES | Insights from the Story of the Stranger from Al-Yaseen II

‘Uqbah bin Āmir said, I heard the Messenger of Allāh (ﷺ) say, "Whoever has three daughters and is patient towards them, and feeds them, gives them to drink, and clothes them from his wealth; they will be a shield for him from the Fire on the Day of Resurrection.'"

My grandfather رحمه الله had many children, but he had nearly triple the amount of daughters as he did sons. One after the other, nearly every year, he was blessed with a daughter again. While it was still common where we hail from that the ignorant people preferred sons and were saddened upon the birth of daughters, he never hinted to ever being displeased with what Allāh سبحانه وتعالى blessed him with of girls.

Upon the birth of every daughter, he would distribute sweets to the neighborhood in abundance to celebrate and spread the news, so much so that the neighbors and relatives would come inquiring, saying “Has the Chief Sir been blessed with a son?”, only to be confused to discover it was quite the opposite.

There was a common [alleged] narration we used to read as children, that the daughter opens a door of Jannah for her father. Allāh knows best about its existence or authenticity. When the child was delivered, his wife would often see that it was a girl again and become disappointed. When she expressed the same disappointment to him upon the birth of his 8th daughter, he said to her, “Why are you upset? Today, Allāh سبحانه وتعالى has opened all 8 gates of paradise for me!”

We ask Allāh سبحانه وتعالى that it be so, and he enters from whichever of the gates he pleases, may Allāh have mercy on him and forgive his sins and widen his grave.

لِّلَّهِ مُلْكُ ٱلسَّمَـٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضِ ۚ يَخْلُقُ مَا يَشَآءُ ۚ يَهَبُ لِمَن يَشَآءُ إِنَـٰثًۭا وَيَهَبُ لِمَن يَشَآءُ ٱلذُّكُورَ

To Allāh belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth; He creates what He wills. He gives to whom He wills female [children], and He gives to whom He wills males. [42:49]

سبحانك وبحمدك لا إله إلا أنت أستغفرك وأتوب إليك

O Allāh, You are free from every imperfection; praise be to You. There is no deity worthy of worship except You; I ask Your forgiveness and turn to You in repentance."

DO THE MASHĀYIKH ALLOW TAHAKUM FOR “MONEY?”

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم، والصلاة والسلام على نبيه محمد، وبعد:

There has been a group of brain-dead kids who have been lingering in the shadows, like hungry rats — declaring Takfir of giants within this Deen, such as Shaykh Al-Islam, and likewise our contemporary Imams of Tawheed, like Shaykh Ahmad Musa Jibril حفظه الله تعالى, Shaykh Nasir Al-Fahd and Shaykh Ali Al-Khudayr فك الله بالعز أسرهم — by falsely claiming these Mashayikh allow unrestricted Tahākum to the Taghūt. Apart from this being a slanderous and baseless lie, for which they attempted to substantiate by citing Shaykh Ahmad not making Takfir of one who goes to the courts out of desire to save his children from shirk.

These heretic didn’t know, that this matter falls within the jurisdiction of “WHAT IKRAH IS,” not whether or not “TAHAKUM IS ALLOWED.” Due to their brain-dead status and likely cursed state, these rats can’t make this necessary distinction, and thereby unleash their filthy tongues on the Scholars of Haqq.

After they got refuted on the issue of Tahakum to save one’s kids from shirk, they backtracked and said, “Your Shaykh allows Tahakum for money! So he’s a Kafir!” Further exposing their brain-dead status. The Shaykh in the clip they’ve continuously circulated like crackheads, He حفظه الله تعالى clearly cites the reasoning of some of the Scholars, by saying “loss of wealth that’s DEVASTATING,” meaning some
scholars excuse one under Ikrah, not “for money.”

‎Here’s a teaching moment for anyone adhering to this brain-dead heretical cult:

What is deemed as “اكراه ملجئ” is differed upon amongst the scholars — meaning it goes back to Usūl Al-Fiqh. What اكراه ملجئ is, is a matter that is derived from Usūl Al-Fiqh, not Aqeedah. The Aqeedah portion of the matter, is that one isn’t excused from Shirk, UNLESS he’s under Ikrah, whilst his heart is firm with belief. Which the Shaykh has proved, not only by his clear belief which he’s consistently and continuously preaching, but with what he lives by — حفظه الله تعالى. So to spell it out plainly, no one but a Mushrik says you can desire to seek the judgement of the Taghut unrestrictedly. The point of contention is WHAT IKRAH IS, not whether or not Tahakum is allowed — so when these slanderous rats begin their slander with “Your Shaykh allows…” — know from the getgo they’re absolutely clueless and simply parroting nonsense and slander.

‎Thirdly, to prove the Shaykh was citing “DEVASTATING” loss of wealth within the context of Ikrah (apart from the clear context that’s conveniently clipped) is that he said if one does it, and I quote: “…if one’s heart is full of belief…”

‎Which corresponds directly to the Ayah:

‎An-Nahl 16:106

‎مَن كَفَرَ بِٱللَّهِ مِنۢ بَعۡدِ إِيمَٰنِهِۦٓ إِلَّا مَنۡ أُكۡرِهَ وَقَلۡبُهُۥ مُطۡمَئِنٌّۢ بِٱلۡإِيمَٰنِ وَلَٰكِن مَّن شَرَحَ بِٱلۡكُفۡرِ صَدۡرًا فَعَلَيۡهِمۡ غَضَبٌ مِّنَ ٱللَّهِ وَلَهُمۡ عَذَابٌ عَظِيمٌ

‎Whoever disbelieved in Allâh after his belief, except him who is forced thereto and whose heart is at rest with Faith; but such as open their breasts to disbelief, on them is wrath from Allâh, and theirs will be a great torment.

‎Some scholars did in fact consider a devastating loss of wealth as اكراه ملجئ, while others didn’t. No where in Islamic history did anyone make Takfir of those who took this opinion over the other — until of course this brain-dead cult appeared less then a decade ago. Unless these Zanadiqa believe that Tawheed was hidden and suddenly found in the slums of some European country by some donkey who can’t speak Arabic?

Just to give you an idea, the author of the famous Hanbali work زاد المستقنع, Al-Hajāwi رحمه الله said in another work [كتاب الإقناع في فقه الإمام أحمد بن حنبل 4/4]:

“…وإن هدده قادر بما يضره ضررا كثيرا كقتل وقطع طرف وضرب شديد وحبس وقيد طويلين وأخذ مال كثير وإخراج من ديار ونحوه أو بتعذيب ولده بسلطان أو تغلب كلص ونحوه يغلب على ظنه وقوع ما هدده به وعجزه عن دفعه والهرب منه والاختفاء فهو إكراه…”
