Assalamu Alaykum warahmatullahi wabarakatuhu,
To whom it may concern
I am emailing regarding the unlawful treatment that the Shaykh Nasr Al Fahd is being given in the prison of Saudi Arabia.
It has come to my attention that he is not only being treated inhumanely but that there is a secretive ongoing trial from the Saudi Arabian Government to have him executed before his sentence ends.
He has multiple health conditions which are being left untreated, his left arm was paralyzed from the torture inflicted by your intelligence officers. They seated him on a hot place for four hours which made him very sick to such an extent he had to crawl on his stomach, wasn't able to use the toilet or even pray! His bed, books, spectacles and rights to communication were taken away and he was tied up for 11 days.
The conditions in which he is imprisoned are appalling and shocking for a country like Saudi Arabia. You have stripped him of every basic human right. You have denied him from visitation and speaking to his family for years, you beat him like an animal, you tie him up and drag him through the prison paths?! Your guards put their shoes on his face. I ask you, where are his Islamic and human rights in a country like Saudi Arabia that is called Islamic to the whole world?
I am emailing to ask that you look into this situation and free Nasr Al Fahd from this torture that no human has to endure. And as for you to be the rulers of the Arabs and having a responsibility to the Muslim Ummah, we demand that you either release him or you provide him proper rights as other prisoners are given, rights to medical treatment, communication, visitation and humane treatment from your officers.
We demand that this unlawful execution is halted and would like to inform you that more and more people are becoming aware of his situation and we will not stop until you release him, or at the very least offer him a court date so he can fight for his rights the way everyone else can.
Rest assured if we don't hear back we will begin as much commotion so a thorough investigation can take place.
Regards,

Where are the human rights organizations?
Why is our Shaykh being tortured?
Where is the justice?
Why the human rights organizations only care about someone when he is being tortured in Saudi Arabia if he is Shia or a feminist?
Why the world is silent on our Shaykh?
Agreeing with his views or not it's irrelevant. This is not about his views, or if someone agrees with him or not in certain aspects.
This is about human rights, and they are not being fulfilled.
He is an old man with family and a person of knowledge.
Shaykh Nasir al-Fahd doesn't have a trial, is being tortured, everyone is turning their backs on him.
Keep the support on social media and putting pressure brothers and sisters and make dua for him.

“If you consistently wake up for the night prayers, know you are in good status with Allāh.”
“It’s only the special people who are allowed by Allāh to stand those special moments during the dark nights with him.”
“The rule is that the sins of the day restrain a Muslim from the honour of praying during the night time.”
— Excerpts from the lecture “The Ultimate Pleasure of a Believer on this Earth: Qiyām al-Layl” by Shaykh Ahmad Jibrīl (حفظه الله).
Qiyām al-Layl is one of the best cures for the heart. May Allāh make us amongst those who readily forsake our beds for His sake.

A sisters plea:
"Asalamualaikum wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuh
I am a widowed sister. My husband left behind two orphans.
My daughter who is seven years old contracted meningitis and another disease of the intestines due to dirty water whilst living in the camps. She was taken to hasaka hospital for treatment and I was told her treatment is only available outside this area. With great difficulty I gathered whatever money I could, sold 2 pieces of gold and borrowed money all of which contributed to me leaving the camps for the treatment of my daughter. I am now out of camps but have no money for the treatment of my daughter and and neither do I own a phone to contact my family. I first ask allah and then, anyone who is able to help me financially so I can treat my daughter. May Allah reward you ."
[Contact: @tilkalayaam , we can arrange for transferring even small money amounts in effective easy and safe ways]

‼TWITTER STORM FOR SISTER AAFIA SIDDIQUI!‼
FRIDAY 17th Sept. 2021
10pm London
5pm New York
7am Sydney (on 18th Sept)
#free_sister_aafia
The case of our sister Aafia Siddiqui continues to be a deep wound in the heart of the Muslim ummah. Her case has become renowned in our times, a case of a Muslim woman, an intellectual and a champion for the cause of those who faced oppression, who has been illegally and unjustly treated by the Taghout (tyrant) regimes of Pakistan and America, suffering continuing torture, abuse and inhumane treatment.
Islamic history is replete with examples of Muslim armies being sent to liberate individual men and women held by non-Islamic regimes and the Messenger Muhammad (saw) has informed us that it is obligatory to free the prisoners. The great scholars of Islam have underlined this obligation to the extent that they have said that even if we spend all of the money in the Muslim treasury (Bait ul Maal) to free one Muslim prisoner then it would become obliged for us to do so.
There have been many campaigns and websites dedicated to the freedom of Dr Aafia Siddiqui but unfortunately till this day she remains incarcerated, continues to be abused, her plight ignored by all the leaders of so called ‘Muslim countries’ who haven't lifted a finger for her to be freed, even though some of them sit on nuclear weapons. The obligation upon us is to either free her physically or to ransom her or to exchange her. However until such time as we can fulfil one these obligations the minimum that we can do is to use all that we have to raise awareness about her case, to keep her name in the hearts and in the minds of Muslims, not to forget her situation, to supplicate to Allah (SWT) to release her and to support her family in this time of crisis.
In the latest news from the Federal Medical Centre Carswell, Texas, where she is incarcerated, we are informed that she has been attacked by another inmate and that her condition generally continues to worsen. A Twitter campaign is not much in the face of such huge injustice an oppression. Nevertheless it is the least that anyone around the world can engage in to raise awareness, to ask others to make dua, to expose the oppressors, to call on those who have the ability to free her from captivity and to let her family and perhaps even herself know that she has the support of many Muslims and people of conscience around the world.

🚫 Warning & Reminder 🚫
DO NOT spread pictures/videos of Sister Aafia Siddiqui!
There are two reasons for this:
1. All of a woman is ‘awrah (something which is Fard to conceal), including her face & hands. This is the correct opinion, with the most strongest & authentic proof. Spreading a woman’s ‘awrah is Harām and a big sin. There is no khair in doing something which angers Allāh.
The Prophet (ﷺ) said:
“The woman is ‘awrah.”
[Narrated by Al-Tirmidhi with a sahīh isnād]
Imām Ahmad commented on this hadīth,
“This includes all of the woman.”
[Sharh al-‘Umdah, 4/267-268]
Shaykh Sulaymān Al-‘Alwān said:
“The Sahābah unanimously agreed upon the obligation of covering the face (for a woman), but rather the differences (of opinion) occurred afterwards.”
Shaykh Sulaymān al-'Alwān also said:
“The 4 Imāms are in agreement regarding the obligation of covering a woman's face...”
For more evidence, please click here for a pdf.
2. Sister Aafia Siddiqui has been a Niqābi for many years now. She wears the Niqāb and posting her old pictures/videos with her face uncovered (or anything else) is extremely humiliating and dishonoring her. It is adding more stress and pain to her already difficult situation.
Fear Allāh and obey His command, and after that please respect the modesty of our noble sister.

Here are a few posts to spread more awareness about sister Aafia, her predicament, and what she endured. Never forget that there are many brothers and sisters who are in a similar situation, if not worse. Just because we don't know their names doesn't mean their plight is non-existent. Never stop making duaa for the Muslims suffering everywhere. May Allah ease all the affairs of Muslims all around the world, and make this a means to spread awareness.

AAFIA SIDDIQUI’s FAMILY HAVE REQUESTED US TO TAKE THIS URGENT ACTION:
Please send the letter below to CRW-ExecAssistant@bop.gov which you can also copy and paste on the contact form for the prison

location -> Carswell FMC
inmate name -> Aafia Siddiqui
========================
To whom it may concern,
I am writing to demand that Dr. Aafia Siddiqui, held at FMC Carswell, be treated appropriately and allowed access to the mail she receives.
On July 30th, she was attacked by another inmate and her family only found out about the attack when her attorney, Marwa Elbially, visited her in jail and saw the injuries on her face. Dr. Aafia told her lawyer “The fact that I’m not blind is a miracle from Allah”. Aafia was attacked by an inmate who had a history of harassing her, and as a result the prison placed Aafia in solitary confinement! Why is she being punished for being the victim of an attack? Aafia also does not have access to her personal belongings such as her prayer rug, headscarf etc. This is not acceptable treatment of a frail, severely traumatized woman. Aafia has suffered extensive physical and mental torture over the past 18 years, and solitary confinement will only cause further trauma.
Dr. Fowzia, the sister of Aafia Siddiqui, has shared that she and other members of Aafia Movement have a lot of difficulty getting in contact with Aafia. For the past 6 years, every letter she has sent has been returned, and often times the letters were not even opened. Even when the America-based branch of Aafia Movement tries to send mail to Aafia, it gets returned about 70% of the time. She is very concerned about Aafia’s mental wellbeing as she is in solitary confinement and is being denied this communication with the outside world. We have been told that the warden/guards at the prison also torment Aafia by saying things like “You don’t get any mail because no one cares about you” or “Where is your God now?”
We are writing to demand that Aafia be treated humanely, taken out of solitary confinement, and be allowed her to read her mail. The world is watching and we will not remain silent about her mistreatment.
Sincerely
