🆘 Fast Shawwal or the missed days of Ramadhan first❓
The Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم said whosoever fasts Ramadhan...
• That means the whole of Ramadhan, complete Ramadhan...
Anyone who missed any days of fasting due to i.e sickness, the menstrual cycle, travelling etc. they did not finish Ramadhan.
They have to finish Ramadhan first then comes the six days of shawwal.
After the Prophet said whosoever fasts Ramadhan implying the full Ramadhan, then he صلى الله عليه وسلم said follow it up with 6 days, whosoever does it gets the reward of the whole year.
Ramadhan is 30 days multiplied by 10 is 300 then 6 by 10 is 60, 300 plus 60 is 360 - there are 360 days in a year, that is why your reward is as though you fasted the whole year.
You have to complete Ramadhan (Ramadhan is a month, you must make up any missed fasts to be counted from those who have completed Ramadhan) and after do whatever you want i.e extra fasts.
This is the strongest opinion.
For example you owe the Asr prayer and you go and do nawafil prayer - it doesn't work. You have to do Fardh first, it's the same with Ramadhan.
Someone missed Dhur prayer, he needs to go do the fardh first (Dhur) before he can do sunnah prayers.
Conclusion:
Complete your Ramadhan by making up the days you owe then fast the days of Shawwal.

When Muslim Spain was in a state of glory, the rulers of the independent Christian states were forced to submit to pay the Jizya and hold the Muslim ruler in awe and respect. Their was no fighting between them due to the agreed upon dominance of the Muslims. In an effort to kiss up to the Muslim ruler, a Christian leader warmly welcomed and led the emissary of the Muslim ruler on a tour of his country. During the tour, the emissary came to know that in a certain Church, a Muslim woman was being held hostage by monks. Upon returning to Córdoba, he informed the ruler (Muhammad Ibn Abi ‘Aamir) of this, who then prepared an entire army of Muslimeen which he himself led against the Christian state, plundering through cities all along the way until he reached the Palace of the Christian ruler who came out disheveled and in distress, crying at the feet of the Khalifa, begging to know what wrong he had committed to earn his anger. Ibn Abi ‘Aamir informed him of the imprisoned Muslimah and demanded her immediate release. The French king released her immediately and had the church which held her hostage razed to the ground.

The callers to falsehood are on the rise,
Everyone’s seeking the truth’s demise,
They preach an Islam I don’t recognize,
“Turn away from the Ummah’s suffering- just close your eyes”
Stand with the enemies and hold their hands,
Ignore the cries when they bomb our lands,
Betray those who migrated and obeyed His commands,
Hasten to carry out the enemy’s demands.

But — Tawheed remains and always withstands.
.
.
Greed for the Dunyah has reached its peak,
We’ve become cowards too afraid to stand and speak,
Undoubtedly, The Face of Allah we no longer seek,
Everyone’s concerned with their own group and clique.
The bombs are raining—they’re hitting deep,
I hear their cries in the nights— I cannot sleep,
A straying nation— as weak as sheep,
Oppression is darkness, yet not a peep.
Just take a step back and see what we’ve become,
Truth is now falsehood— except to some,
Those so called scholars are playing dumb,
Chanting fake slogans of “We Are One”...

"The Quran is the Muslim's companion, it should be recited and with the believer all the time. It is your guide. Pondering upon it and contemplating upon it is what softens the heart and increases your faith, it is the word of the Lord of the heavens and the Earth. When you want to speak with Allah, offer prayer. When you want Allah to speak with you, read the Quran.
Shaykh Musa completes the Quran regularly. However, there are times when completing it just once can take him months because he would stumble upon a verse and be unable to move on from it due to his intense weeping and pondering over it, he would continue to recite it all night long constantly. Recently, I've heard Shaykh recite a verse for more than two weeks constantly unable to move forward in his recitation.

The heart is aching...
During the initial starting period of Islam, if a deceased believer was brought before the Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم, the Prophet would inquire if the deceased left behind any debt, if the deceased left behind no debt then the Prophet would offer the funeral prayer over him/her. However, if he was answered in the affirmative he would further inquire if the deceased left anything behind that would cover the payment of his debt, if his debt was covered and settled then the Prophet would offer the funeral prayer over him/her. But if he was informed there is nothing he left behind to settle his debt then the Prophet would tell his companions to perform the funeral prayer over their (deceased) companion.
After Allah made the Prophet victorious, and the bounty of Allah was abundant - booty came from all directions, the Prophet said, "I am closer to the believer than his self. If any believer leaves behind any wealth, let his relatives inherit it. But if he leaves behind debt or orphans, bring them to me, I will take care of them!"
There is an addition to this hadith which some scholars weakened but others held to be authentic. The Prophet was asked, O Messenger of Allah, is this rule only for you or does it apply to all those who come after you? The Prophet replied this applies to every ruler who comes after me.
The point we're extracting from here is that the Muslim Ummah, the Muslim people are like the human body if one part aches the rest of the body suffers with it. Islam has been completed, this religion is perfected by the Creator of all things, our hearts should ache with the ache of another believer. What we see is the opposite today, look at the Muslims these days, the rulers who stole the land and the wealth of the land and live lavishly whilst the population are poor and they are forced to sell their body parts to survive from starvation. It's strange, we see individuals hoarding enough wealth to enrich the entire Ummah, we ask these people what will this wealth benefit you in this grave? You will certainly be questioned about every cent.
Look at our pious predecessors, Islam reached its peak in their hands to the extent that even the birds that flew over their empire wouldn't go hungry! That's because of their justice and selfless characteristics, they would priorities the hereafter and the wellbeing of the Ummah despite it requiring them to remain hungry and sleepless. One time Umar Ibn Abdul Aziz (may Allah be pleased with him) sent out his men to collect and distribute the Zakah to the poor in Yemen, they went out and searched around and came back saying, we would not find anyone who is poor and in need. So they took the Zakah which they collected (wheat, dates etc.,) and they threw it in the desert for the birds to eat, that's when the famous statement was made, "Indeed, Umar ibn Abdul Aziz enriched the people."
All the Muslim countries live in sub-human conditions, extreme poverty and oppressive regimes. Most of the Muslim people in the majority of the Muslim world starve to death whilst the Riff-Raff scholars watch them silently die, supporting and empowering the rulers who live lavishly at the expense of the Ummah so they can take a share with them.

One of the tricks of the Shaytaan that the youth allow themselves to be fooled with when their Imaan dips is the extreme hope in the fact that since their Aqeedah is good, the sins they do aren’t as serious. They use their correct Aqeedah as a justification for themselves to fall into certain matters by comparing themselves with those who are upon Baatil creeds and are sinners, so they have a mentality of “Well, hey, at least I’m not as bad as that guy/girl because s/he’s coupling sins and corrupt Aqeedah” “I’m just low on Imaan, so I’m doing xyz, but my Aqeedah is sound still”
While it’s true that many sins with correct Tawheed is better than no sins with corrupted Tawheed, we need to understand a concept:
Sins lead to weakening of Imaan, and when the Imaan becomes weak, one becomes more susceptible to doubts regarding their principles. It’s very possible that one moment you let yourself slip into a sin, no matter how “small” it may be, that you lose your Aqeedah due to it. That one sin may weaken your faith to the point that you lose the Yaqeen and Istiqamah that you had upon your principles due to it.
Your Aqeedah is not an excuse to slack off just because it’s rare to possess such beliefs. Perhaps your slacking off and indulging in sins that you belittle will be the reason that Allah decides that you actually don’t deserve this Aqeedah, or it may be the reason that he takes away the light of faith from your heart and leaves you to wander in darkness.
If anything, this Aqeedah should push you harder to hold yourself to the highest standards in regards to obedience of Allah in every matter. Your gratefulness to Allah is displayed through your obedience to Him and your consciousness of His boundaries. So don’t take guidance for granted, show Allah your appreciation for this great Ni’mah (blessing) by striving your hardest to stay away from everything he forbid and racing towards everything He loves and orders.

It Is A Lonely Path...
"Being that the seeker of the straight path (Siraat Al Mustaqeem) seeks what most men avoid, companions on his path are all too rare. Being disposed against loneliness and to intimacy and friendship, he is reminded by Allah the Exalted of companions on this path: “whom Allah has blessed from among the prophets, the Siddiqeen, the martyrs, and the righteous, and how wonderful are such companions!” [4:69]. He has attributed the the path to the companions who tread it, the ones whom Allah has blessed [1:6], so the seeker’s anguish of being alone among the people of his time and his kind may be allayed, and so he may know that his company on this path comprises the blessed ones, and not care about the opposition of those who divert from the path, for, though in majority, they are of little worth.
As one of the Predecessors said, “Follow the path of truth, let the scarcity of its travelers not make you feel lonely, and avoid the path of falsehood, and not let the abundance of the ruined deceive you.” If you ever feel lonely, look at those who have passed of old and yearn to join them, and turn your eyes away from those other than them, for the [unworthy many] will be of no avail to you against Allah. If they call out to you in your journey on the path, turn not to them, for if you do they will take you away and deprive you."

Ibraheem’s Father Knew Allah Better Than The Jahmiyyah
“None among His creation can encompass His attributes of perfection, which is why Allah the Exalted dispraised the gods of the unbelievers for lacking the attributes of perfection and said that they do not hear, see, speak, guide, benefit, or harm. These are the attributes of the god of the Jahmis by which Allah has faulted the idols; exalted is Allah above what the transgressors and vain disputers say. Consider what the Exalted has reported concerning His friend, Ibraheem, peace be upon him, in his argument with his father, “Father, why do you worship that which neither hears nor sees, nor avails you anything?” [19:42]. If Abraham’s deity (Allah) were devoid of these attributes, Āzar [his father] would have said,“And you, your god is similar, why do you deny me mine?” But despite his polytheism, he knew God better than the Jahmis.”

Shaykh Sulaymān ibn Sahmān رحمه الله تعالى said:
فابرأ من الطاغوتِ وابغض أهلهُ * واكفر بشرعِ الزورِ والبهتانِ
❝Distance yourself from at-Tāghūt and hate its people, and declare disbelief in the shari'ah of falsehood.❞
لا بدَ من تحقيقِ هذا أولاً * قبلَ الصلاةِ وتلكمَ الأركانِ
❝This must be achieved first before [praying] Salāh and those are the pillars [of islām].❞
فابرأ من الطاغوتِ وابغض أهلهُ * واكفر بشرعِ الزورِ والبهتانِ

If those Muslim rich countries alone paid the Zakah (the poor-due) as they ought to, you would find no one in need anymore in the whole world, Muslim and Non-Muslims. But they stole the rights of the poor and that's why you see starvation and poverty rampant in the world. They stole the wealth of the people and in return persecuted and oppressed them too. Instead of giving they continue to take. They border the land to prevent anyone coming in claiming the land belongs to them, but the whole of Earth and everything within it and beyond belongs to Allah and Allah alone. People are free to travel wherever they want, nationality and ethnicity has nothing to do with it. The shahadah is your passport, travel anywhere and everywhere with no restriction or discrimination. Indeed, Allah is aware of all that has taken place, is taking place and will take place. Our rulers and their riff-raff scholars for dollars will be stopped on Judgement day and questioned about each and every person who starved to death under them and/or because of them! No one will be left out. Every one of us is a shepherd and every shepherd will be asked regarding his flock and held to account. How will they answer Allah on that day?! How will they answer Allah, the Most Just, who will not allow even an atom's weight of injustice to occur?!! The oppressors and persecutors will come to know by what overturning will be overturned!
The Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم informed us of a woman was punished on account of a cat which she held captive till it died. She tortured it and hence as a result she entered the Hell-Fire due to her mistreatment of the cat. If she entered the Hell-Fire because of a cat, what then of those who mistreat the chosen and honoured creation of Allah especially those who say, "There is no true God but Allah and Muhammad is His last and final Messenger?!"
Allah said, O My slave, I have forbidden oppression and persecution upon Me and I have made it forbidden upon you, so do not oppress and persecute each other.

Those upon the path of the Fir’awn today taunt the youth who give Da’wah to the truth by bringing up their past sins and lifestyle in their Jahiliyyah, in the exact same way Fir’awn taunted Musa عليه الصلاة و السلام regarding his killing a man. This is their attempt to discredit the Message that the youth comes with, and this is the same old tactic that Fir’awn employed to discredit the Da’wah of Musa عليه الصلاة و السلام in the eyes of the people.
Fir’awn said:
قَالَ أَلَمْ نُرَبِّكَ فِينَا وَلِيدًا وَلَبِثْتَ فِينَا مِنْ عُمُرِكَ سِنِينَ
[Pharaoh] said, "Did we not raise you among us as a child, and you remained among us for years of your life?
وَفَعَلْتَ فَعْلَتَكَ ٱلَّتِى فَعَلْتَ وَأَنتَ مِنَ ٱلْكَـٰفِرِينَ
And [then] you did your deed which you did, and you were of the ungrateful."
The reply comes from Musa عليه الصلاة و السلام , confidently:
قَالَ فَعَلْتُهَآ إِذًا وَأَنَا۠ مِنَ ٱلضَّآلِّينَ
[Moses] said, "I did it, then, while I was of those astray [i.e., ignorant].
فَفَرَرْتُ مِنكُمْ لَمَّا خِفْتُكُمْ فَوَهَبَ لِى رَبِّى حُكْمًا وَجَعَلَنِى مِنَ ٱلْمُرْسَلِينَ
So I fled from you when I feared you. Then my Lord granted me judgement [i.e., wisdom and prophet hood] and appointed me [as one] of the messengers.
A reminder to the youth upon Haqq: Don’t let their taunting and teasing effect you. When they bring up your past, let them know: You did that when you were astray and Allah has now guided you. You past has no effect on the validity of the message you propagate now. You were favored above them by Allah, as He allowed you to recognize the truth and follow it and abandon your old ways. They are worse than you, as you are bringing them the truth and they react like Fir’awn and neither recognize the truth nor do they follow it.
