There is a type of honey called "mad honey." It has a reddish color and a slightly bitter taste, and it packs a hallucinogenic punch. Honey hunters in Nepal make dangerous vertical climbs to harvest this honey that sells for over $60 a pound on the black market.

Many dogs "play sneeze" when they are feeling playful or excited. This type of "play sneezing" is normal, and it means that your dog is having a good time.

Hemeroplanes triptolemus caterpillars disguise themselves as snakes when threatened. They are capable of extending their anterior body segments to look like snakes complete with eye patches. To make this mimicry even more convincing, the caterpillar may even strike harmlessly at potential predators.

This waterfall is called Bua Tong or the Sticky Waterfalls. Situated in Chiang Mai, Thailand, the waterfall has a mineral deposit that makes it incredibly grippy. Even the rocks, which are callous and slightly prickly to the touch, feel like a hardened sponge. No slime or algae forms on the rocks.

In the 1920s, a farmer accidentally stumbled across a stash of jade artifacts in Sichuan, China. This upside-down fig tree has grown in the ancient ruins of Baia in the city of Bacoli, Italy. The tree sprouted from the ceiling of the arch, and no one is sure how the tree ended up there or how it managed to survive. It grows every year and even bears fruit!

This is gongylus gongylodes, a species of praying mantis found across Asia. It has extremely slender limbs and large appendages, and the insect sways its body and back and forth to look like a stick flowing in the wind. Because of this, it is called the wandering violin mantis.
