Some people don't like change,
But you need to embrace change
if the alternative is disaster.

Assume that all your issues are skill issues:

The talent you don't have is the patience you never nurtured.

The family you don't have is the love you never bothered giving.

The friend you don't have is the friend you were not.

The wealth you don't have is the financial gaps you never bothered to bridge.

The mental clarity you don't have is the self-reflection you thought you didn't need.

The health you don't have is the habits you were afraid to change.

The serendipity you don't have is the long-term integrity you didn't value.

The home you don't have is the commitment you were scared of.

The interesting conversation you don't have is the openness you never showed.

The intelligence you don't have is the difficult problems you were afraid of tackling.

The luck you don't have is the arrogance you never noticed.

You know, there’s a big difference between being self-employed and being a business owner

If you’re self-employed, you work for yourself.
No work = no money

You handle clients, projects, everything by yourself.

But a business owner builds a system that runs even when they’re not working.
Money still comes in while they sleep..
They manage people, grow the brand, and focus on the bigger picture.

👉 But here’s the thing:
Being self-employed is the first step to becoming a real business owner.
That’s where you learn the hustle, the skills, the mindset

So yeah… self-employed works hard,
Business owner works smart
but both are part of the same journey

Learnings from this week
1. First principal thinking. (Remove nonsense)
2. Forrest Gump (Keep it simple and keep going).
3. Consistency is human superpower.
4. Leonardo da Vinci became a polymath without google and internet. (Potential)
5. Never break promises you make to yourself.
6. Keep going without any end result in mind.
7. Enter the doer zone
8. Stop victimizing yourself. Things are not easy that's why not everyone is successful.
9. Stop finding meaning of life. Live the life.

You have to understand that not everyone will be there for you when you are feeling down, and that is why you have to be strong alone. Some people will just never show up in front of you whenever you need them but you have to understand also that we all have different battles to fight for.

Sometimes, we are suffering silently and we can't be there for others because we also need to comfort ourself first. It's a tough battle to fight alone, but it's okay. You need to understand that you can't always have someone to comfort you because we are all too busy saving ourself from our own sadness and pain. You can't always expect other people to save you, sometimes, you have to save your own self no matter what you're going through.

💰A billionaire gave a journalist an incredible lesson..

During one interview, the journalist asked the billionaire:

“Sir, what’s the secret of your success?” 🤔

The billionaire handed her a check and told her to write down the amount she wanted.

The journalist replied indignantly:

“Sir, that’s not what I meant. I asked you: what’s the secret of your success?” 🙁

He handed her the check again, but she refused to take it. 💸

Then he tore up the check and told her:

“The secret of my success is that I don’t miss a single opportunity, unlike you. 😅

You could have just become the richest journalist in the world. But your pride didn’t let you do it.” 🧠

♥️ – if you would’ve taken such a chance

🗣 Don't be ashamed of this.

➡️ Wearing old clothes because they don't define who you really are, inside.
➡️ Having poor friends because there is no room for differences in status in friendship.
➡️ Take care of your aging parents because they helped make you who you are today.
➡️ Live modestly because success is not measured by appearance.

There are two success paths in life:

1) Do nothing. Want nothing.
2) Pick a direction and ride the chaos as long as you can until nature finds your equal.

Important laws to follow

🔵 When you're with friends, control your language.

🔵 When you have a problem, control your emotions

🔵 When you are angry, watch your behavior

🔵 When you are in company, watch your habits

🔵 When you're lucky, don't brag

🔵 When you are alone, control your thoughts

Never ask your child where they want to work when they grow up. You are subliminally programming them to be lifelong employees. It may be too late for you to be great, but don't project your children to live by your limitations. Instead, ask them what they want to do when they grow up. That way, they understand that they should grow up to do things, and not necessarily to work somewhere. Elon Musk does things. So do Jeff Bezos, Mark Zuckerberg and Dangote. Don't frame the question to your children as if life is only about going to school, getting a job and retiring at 65. That is your life. It is not automatically theirs. They can be doers instead of workers!

🗣 AliExpress founder Jack Ma explains the business

1️⃣ “When you start a business, it means you give up a stable income, sick leave and annual bonuses”

2️⃣ “Competition is like a game of chess. If you lose, you can always play another round. No need to fight"

3️⃣ “A real entrepreneur has no enemies. Once you understand this, no one can stop you."

4️⃣ “The worst qualities for an entrepreneur: to be a snob, not to be able to adequately assess the situation, to take a high pace and not be able to maintain it, not to have the ability to look forward”

5️⃣ “If you don’t know everything about your competitors, or you underestimate them, or you don’t see them as a threat, then you will definitely lose”
