Can BDL governor tell me how will the companies operating in Lebanon, be able to pay their softwares providers who don’t have representing offices in Lebanon? The software we use costs us $50K a year, the provider is in Australia, how will I pay them?

-- Picture released by Israel's Channel 12 news shows just how bad the flooding was. Eight F-16 fighter jets were damaged, but all are expected to be repaired and return to operational duty by next week.
-- Israel Air Force: damage to infrastructure & equipment is estimated at NIS 30 million. Five of the damaged planes have returned to the skies, another 3 are still being repaired. Hatzor base commander will leave his position, 3 other senior IAF officers will be reprimanded.
