🇱🇧🇮🇱 -- Ex education minister, now Israel's war minister Naftali Bennett:

- We used to hit only some of Hezbollah's deliveries, now we'll target them all.
🇩🇪🇱🇧 -- Two German MPs have asked the German government to lobby against the controversial World Bank-funded Bisri Dam project, citing viable alternatives, the environmental destruction the project would entail and a high probability of corruption. 
-- Protesters are calling for a large protest on the 11th to cut the roads and block the vote of confidence for the government.
-- On Sunday, February 9, at 9:30 pm, protesters will gather at Riwaq to walk around the streets of Achrafiyeh, bang pots, and wake people up.

A car convoy will do the same.

-- Death toll of Lebanese army officers rises to 3 in Hermel.
-- The three army soldiers are identified as:
1) Ali Ismael
2) Haidar Haidar
3) Hussian Izz Al Deen.
-- Locals in Baraachit, Bin Jbeil southern Lebanon clashed with a UNIFIL convoy after it passed in their neighborhood without being escorted by the Lebanese army intellegence.

-- This is not the first time such incident happens, and UNIFIL is only allowed to move while being escorted by the intellegence.
-- Demonstrators from different regions have gathered in Elia Square in Sidon city.
-- Hezbollah's Executive Council chief Hashem Safieddine at a 40th day ceremony for Suleimani in Qom, Iran: "[He] believed the Zionist regime would be destroyed and Quds Sharif liberated. This will be realized with the resistance youth's steadfastness and the leader."

-- A women led march started in different areas in Beirut.

NOTE: Although "protesters" are still counting days since the 17th of October, they don't seem to care enough or sacrifice enough to actually gather in numbers and protest like the early days. The Lebanese protests are now in the phase of gathering into new parties and behind new figures who will one day try to become part of the Lebanese political life.
-- Center House (Hariri's resistance) : The Future Movement will participate in the confidence session on Tuesday without granting the government confidence, and former PM Hariri promised reporters a "chat" on whether he will personally attend the session or not.

-- According to local sources the UNIFIL force was taking coordinates and pictures of building and making a topographic scan of the area.

This isn't the first time this happens, and it's usually few countries within the UNIFIL force that does this at the request of ISRAEL.
-- Lebanese Army says it is taking “exceptional” security measures around Parliament & roads leading to it, for the session of vote of confidence over the next 2 days.

-- The Army calls on citizens not to block roads.
