IDF Chief of Staff Aviv Kohavi (also spelled 'Kochavi'):

Kochavi: In the face of the Shiite axis that extends from Iran through Iraq, Syria and Lebanon, a strong regional alliance has emerged, starting from Greece, Cyprus, Egypt, Jordan and the Arab Gulf states, where the State of Israel stands within this alliance.

Kohavi: "The IDF is making a great effort to increase its target bank [i.e. civilian targets]. The rate of target production in the IDF has increased significantly, in order to reach a decision on the day of action."

Kohavi warns Lebanese citizens: "As soon as a war begins, leave the places laden with missiles and rockets. The missile and rocket caches will be flooded with IDF strikes. Those who leave, great. Those who don't, already know today they live in a field of missiles and rockets."
