Presidency of the Republic:

President Aoun received a phone call from French President Emmanuel Macron and discussed with him the current situation and what the path of forming the forthcoming government has come to.

Lebanese army reinforcements were sent to Hamra after an armed clash happened there.

Number of people arrested in the Tripoli events has risen to 10, including 2 who were fighting in Syria and previously established what is known as the Media Center in Qusayr for FSA.

Lebanese Security arrested Anas Idris, nicknamed “Ahmed Al-Qusayr”, the former official spokesman for the Revolutionary Council in Homs and one of the founders of the Al-Farouq Brigade in Al-Qusayr.

They were released today it seems and they confirmed their arrest on Facebook

IDF chief of Staff Kochavi met today with UNIFIL commander Stephano Del Col, were Kochavi protested the constant violations of the 1701 by Hezbullah!

Aoun, who has never demanded the 1/3 rd of a government, is keen to exercise his right to nominate ministers in the government who are competent and competent.

Note: Hariri has already submitted a government draft, but has named all Christian ministers himself, not taking into consideration the opinion of Aoun's party, the biggest Christian party in Lebanon.
