Israelis keep justifying that it's okay to bomb civilian targets (Kohavi), houses, airports, electricity. But we have footage of homes destroyed in 2006 and not a single one showed magnified explosions or secondaries due to them hiding weapons inside.

Dan Halutz was clear why he attacked Lebanese civilian targets in 2006: put pressure on the Lebanese government and population to stand against Hezbullah.

When Hezbullah did the counter-offensive from the villages (depopulated by Israeli strikes), it happened without civilians around. South Lebanon is not a desert or open fields, so it was nothing out of the norm to be using structures and buildings in villages in a war effort. It was not equal to using civilian assets as human shields.
In Islamic law it's said that those who didn't kill, but those whose rhetoric killed are to be presented in the hereafter a cup of the blood of the individuals they killed through their words.
I obviously meant civilian assets not witnessing military and war effort. That's obvious but he's trying to score points as if this is a game.

End of thread, apologies for spamming. Apologies again.
Yaron Avraham:

Cabinet ministers are currently receiving summons from Netanyahu's office for an urgent cabinet meeting at 6 p.m. The ministers summoned were not told what was going on, and were asked to maintain secrecy.
Disruption in the internet in Lebanon started to be noticed.

Wifi access is being disturbed while 3G and 4G services are offline.

This is due to maintenance, as mentioned earlier, in the Indian ME WE internet cable.

The IDF "Rose of the Galilee" drill ended today.

After that scenario, a few days of limited fighting happens before Israel begins a large scale agression against Lebanon.

The IDF scenario has the IDF jets flying over Lebanon in peace time when an attempted shooting happens.
The security issue to be discussed at the cabinet meeting is not joyful and not operational (not an attack or action) but a political-security one.
India and China to join Iranian and Russian forces in joint naval exercises: Iran state media

The two committees formed by Hezbollah and the Free Patriotic Movement to review the terms of understanding between them is in advanced stage on new understanding and commitments regarding the anti-corruption effort and the defense strategy that involves Hezbullah's weapons.
According to Barak Ravid, Israel's top officials, PM Netanyahu, MoD Gantz and MFA Ashkenazi, along with the military attache to Moscow, discussed "Humanitarian issues in Syria" with their Russian counterparts.
Is Russia going to offer Israel more gifts and deliver the rotten carrions of lost IDF soldiers back to Israel, like they did last time and gave Syria nothing in return?
Each of those rotten carrions can be used to free hundreds or thousands of captive bodies and prisoners from IDF prisons.

Russia screwed us badly last time, is it going to do it again? The search in Yarmok yielded results?
The Ministry of Health: 55 deaths and 2,723 new cases of COVID-19 in Lebanon.
Hezbullah mourns the death of Mahmoud Melhim due to complications from COVID-19.

Abu Ali Mahmoud is one of the participants in the 2006 operation against the IDF.
Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah:

"If there is a war with the Zionist entity, the Israeli home front will face a situation it did not witness since 1948."
Nasrallah:

- Hezbollah is not seeking confrontation. But if you strike our towns or civilians, we will strike yours. In any case, we have civilians. However, by Israeli admission, Israeli people are an army of reserve: [after the mandatory draft], they work 11 months and serve one month [as a reservist] per year.

- There really is no real distinction between Israeli soldiers and civilians [as reservists].

- Recent talk of "a few days' battle" is dangerous, and could lead to places where Israelis don't want. We do not have anything called a few days' battles.

Quoting: David Daoud.
Nasrallah:

- We followed up with the LAF & ISF on the Beirut Port Blast investigation and urged them to announce results, they said details can't be revealed on the matter.

- Announcing the results is important on the economic level, some insurance companies are cheating on people's right of payments on pretext of explosion cause.
