Oil-for-medical-service deal?

The Minister of Health Hamad Hassan and his Iraqi counterpart, Hassan Al-Tamimi, visited "The Great Messenger" hospital, in the presence of the President's advisor for medical affairs, Dr. Walid Khoury.

The tour included a visit to "Beirut Heart Center", part of the Al Rasoul Hospital, where an Iraqi patient is undergoing a special heart-bypass surgery.
Though I can't but wonder how the emigration of hundreds of talented Lebanese doctors to Europe and the USA will affect Lebanon's medical system and its ability to coup with Lebanon's needs nonetheless Arabs' needs.

Everytime I watch the port explosion video I say how lucky we were it wasn't actually military grade explosives (TNT, RDX, Compound B etc) but instead several hundred tons of NH4NO3

What we witnessed was a huge shockwave, a super huge one, but short of an actual explosion.
Looking at the damage you'd notice what I mean.
Samir Geagea, the head of the Lebanese Forces, has been diagnosed with COVID-19 according to several news reports.

He is 68 years old, putting him in the risk group. It is unknown if he's vaccinated or not.
