Assad travelled from Damascus to Homs, a distance of (165.6 km), way above what is islamically considered a travel distance that would allow to break the fast in both sunni and shia sects.
It's totally understandable for Russia to not take sides in the Syrian-Israeli clash, but what is not acceptable is that Russia isn't protecting its only ally in the Middle East, and not deterring Israeli attacks.

🚨 A civilian was martyred and two others were injured as a result of the Israeli aggression on a civilian site in Latakia countryside.
Multiple sites were targeted. A civilian asset was struck in the Al-Samra / Al-Haffah area, causing the death of a civilian, and a Syrian military site in Deir Shamil, near Masyaf was struck, injuring personnel.
