Al-Shifa Hospital is the largest and most important medical center in Gaza.

Ambulances are now unable to get out or in.

A family can be heard screaming under Abu Al-Ouwf building facing Al-Shanti bakery.

Civil defense is unable to reach them.

(Update) The father Ayman Ouwf is alive. He was at work in the hospital. His wife and children were killed in the direct airstrike on their home.
