The second was also arrested. They don't look Sudanese or other Asian or African immigrants who work in Lebanon.
According to Israeli correspondent Or Heller, he's Turkish.
Avi Har-Even, a mastermind of the Israeli missile program and the former head of the space agency, died yesterday, 3 weeks after he was critically wounded in a hotel in Acre.

He was staying at the Effendi Hotel, in Acre, that was targeted by Molotovs, during the recent Israeli-Gaza war.

Benny Gantz, Israeli Defense Minister said about Avi, “I heard with great sorrow about the death of Avi HarEven, winner of the Israel Defense Prize, former director of the Space Agency, who contributed greatly to Israel’s security in ways that will never be counted.”
It is greatly unlikely his death was intentional or was an assassination attempt by Iranains or Palestinians.

It was a pretty lucky Molotov throw.
Update:

The officer cooperated in his interrogation and confessed to many of the acts attributed to him.

The investigation revealed that the officer acted independently, for personal motives, and not for ideological, nationalist or economic motives.
The officer was not activated by a foreign agent nor was he in contact with hostile elements.

The officer carried out actions that severely damaged the security of the state.
He was in the intelligence unit.

They are saying the damage is huge but he was not in contact with any foreign forces, as in not Hezbullah or Iran or Hamas.

What did he do exactly?
That's a huge hole from a ground collapse.

What exactly happened!

Sayyed Hasan Nasrallah about the fuel shortages in Lebanon:”the Iranian offer is still on the table (oil in LBP), if the state doesn’t solve the problem, we will bring our own tankers to the port of Beirut and we dare anyone to stop it.”

@Politicalinfogroup
🛢💵 As Sayyed Nasrallah and Iran announced, the imports of fuel will be in Lebanese pounds, helping save the Lebanese economy whose reserves in foreign currency are depleted. The subsidy on fuel is crucial to all Lebanese.

Iran won't sacrifice its economy for Lebanon's sake, since it will reduce the financial contributions in foreign currency (dollar) to Hezbullah. Instead, payments will be made in Lebanese currency at the market exchange rate. Iran's foreign reverses will be preserved, money will keep circulating.

Iran pays a large sum of Hezbullah salaries. Hezbullah has 30,000 paid employees, at an average of 600$, this is about 220 million dollars a year.

The recent Alma report about exposing Hezbullah "Rabat" officials in south Lebanon is rather funny and pathetic.

Rabats are public figures in villages, known to organize all public activity. Their names and images are on Facebook pages.
