‘Flag march’ in Jerusalem:

In a couple of hours, Israeli extremists will march and dance with Israeli flags nearby Palestinian neighborhoods in the old Jerusalem. They will go through Al-Khalil Gate up to the Western Wall, in a yearly show of force to claim all of the city as ‘Israeli’.

The march was planned for 10 ⁠May but was cancelled after the attack on Al-Aqsa Mosque by the Israeli police, which led to the war with Gaza.

UPDATE: Like in previous years, the mob spewed genocidal slogans against Palestinians and slurred Prophet Muhammad.

There were between 2,500 and 5,000 participants (estimations by ‘Israel Hayom’ and the police).

BDL is rejecting requests for foods that are typically subsidized, the head of the foodstuffs importers' syndicate, Hani Bohsali, told L'Orient today, adding that this hints at an effective, if not official, end to subsidies on foodstuffs.

From what I've seen myself, for months, there wasn't any subsidized food goods to buy. Everything is being sold at the black-market dollar exchange rate.

Not sure on what all this money (subsidy) was spent on.
