It seems that the RPGs were dumped before a raid of the Lebanese army intelligence on several homes in Tariq Al-Jadida, Beirut (Hariri's area of influence) this week:

"An army force, with the support of a patrol from the Intelligence Directorate, raided the house of M.K. in the area of Tariq Al-Jadida, arrested K.K. and H.A., and found ammunition, grenades and their detonators." (Per Lebanese army's statement)

This would be the 3rd weapon cache to be confiscated.

A fire broke out in a car at Beirut Airport as a result of gasoline tanks stored inside. The fire spread to 3 cars nearby.

Many people store gasoline in unprofessional manner amid shortages of fuel.
