🚨 The Parliament passed a law to set up a ration card program, and to replace the current subsidies system. It aims to provide Lebanon’s poorest families with $93 per month (on average).

It looks similar to Syria's "Smart Card" and to a large-scale operation of Hezbullah's "Al-Sajjad Card".

Problem: What criteria will be used to define who is poor? (a majority of the Lebanese now identify so). The funding mechanism is left up to the cabinet.

- We salute our people in Lebanon, and we salute the spirit of the martyr Muhammad Tahan, the son of our brothers of Hezbollah, who rose on the road to Jerusalem, and I contacted his family.

- Part of our conversation with Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah was about reconciliation between our nations [Syria...], and we can build bridges.

IDF relaxed the time required for entering shelters after hearing sirens in the Galilee, the Golan and other areas in northern Palestine, to 15 seconds.

To put it clearly: Israelis now have to run to shelters in 15 seconds after hearing sirens of rockets coming from Lebanon. Before, Israelis had to immediately run to shelters. But now, with better radar coverage by Israel, the warning system has added a 15-second warning before impact.

For other areas, the 15-second warning increased to 30 seconds.
