Shortage of fuel:

Tension between locals and the army in front of the entrance of the refinery in Tripoli. They are demanding diesel for the private generators.

A similar incident happened in Tyre, when some locals attempted to take over a diesel tanker.
If all goes well today, a government is likely to be formed.
