⋯ Burn marks are a good indicator of that. This is after semi-confirmed reports that Hezbullah started a reserve of fuel in Syria to be shipped to Lebanon once the government fails to deliver to the people.

Israel is also said to have destroyed in Syria the food and goods warehouses for "Al-Sajjad Card". Since Ramadan, Hezbullah has not issued new Al-Sajjad Cards.

Without any Christian support, his government will not be legitimate (ميثاقية) in Lebanon's sectarian customs.

The Free Patriotic Movement is inclined to nominate Ambassador Nawaf Salam after a meeting that will be held by the political council. Before and likely till today, Hezbullah refused to cooperate with Nawaf Salam, considering him a US asset in Lebanon.

"The Karantina warehouse is almost emptied of the medicines for incurable diseases; the medicines for immune diseases have been lost and medicines for chronic diseases are very scarce", the Minister of Health stated.
⋯ For the Minister of Health, the solution to securing the medicines on the market starts with the release by Banque du Liban of the invoices and lists of subsidized drugs to the Ministry of Health, so that the latter can track distribution and ensure that they're not hoarded in private warehouses.

He adds: Banque du Liban transferred 30 million dollars to the companies, but the ministry was not informed of which medicines and who received the money.
