Lebanon recorded a LARGE number of COVID-19 cases, highest in months.

Lebanon recorded 1,502 new COVID-19 cases and 1 new death.

There is currently no COVID-19 restrictions in Lebanon and enforced mask mandate.

Western backed NGO activists and several local political parties (e.g. Lebanese Forces and Kataeb party) will participate in the August 4 protests under the banner of disarming Hezbullah and implementing UN resolution 1559.

Lebanese Red Cross: 5 teams are responding to the fire in Qubayyat, and are working to provide first aid, as well as to evacuate civilians from the area.

The fire is now in proximity of the houses.

Lebanon recorded 1,224 new COVID-19 cases and two new deaths.

Lebanon recorded yesterday 1502 cases, and two weeks ago just 150.

Northern Palestine: For the second day in a row, massive fires are still devouring forest areas surrounding Kiryat Shmona, near the border with Lebanon.

The fire caused by the flare bombs caused great damage to forests, electricity, and cut off roads.

The Israeli occupation army exhumed today, Wednesday, the grave of a newborn girl after she was buried by her parents in the town's children's cemetery in Beit Umar Sabri.

After they took out her body, they threw it next to the grave on the ground.

Akkar: A large fire broke out in the area of Andaqt, above the old village of Qubayat, in the north. (Developing)
Fire in Qubayat, Akkar:

⬥ NNA reported the death of volunteer Amin M., after he fell on his head while helping to put out the fire in the town of Kafrtun.

⬥ One of Qubayat’s mayors, Youssef Nader, told Al-Jadeed: The fire did not start in one place, but rather in five places at the same time. (Which, yet again, indicates it was man-made, probably to harvest firewood).
Ghobeiry municipality issued a decree that prevents private generator owners from forcing subscribers to pay monthly insurance or changing metered subnoscriptions under penalty of perjury.
