There was a big explosion in Beirut on 3 February 2001, it took place in a confectionery shop named "Boucher" [بوشيه] in the area of Al-Rawas, and was apparently due to a gas leakage. It led to the death of two children, Mohammad and Sami Shouman.
According to this user, it was in reality a bomb planted by the Hariri clan to warn the lover of Hariri's daughter!
