The House of Representatives (parliament) denies the central bank governor's request to use the mandatory reserves and adopts lifting of subsidies.

It also stressed the need for the government to implement the family aid card.
The financial aid card needs two months to become accessible to citizens, and the mechanisms for obtaining it will be announced through a special platform.

The card will give 15$ per household member, paid in cash USD.
🚨 The Israeli army just stole 300 goats from the Lebanese town of Shebaa, and took them to the Ruwaisat Al-Alam Military base inside occupied Palestine.

Add to that, 4,074,115 L of gasoline and diesel were seized from black market vendors.

Lebanese Coast Guards didn't notice them before being contacted by Lebanese boats at sea.
Update: Al-Nahar: The battleships in front of the Lebanese coast are part of a training framework between the Lebanese Army and UNIFIL Navy.

It is important to note that UNIFIL keeps a Naval presence facing Beirut and at the port under the pretext of UN 1701 to monitor the ships and deny the ability to smuggle weapons to Lebanon (e.g Hezbullah) through the sea.
Officials are negotiating with the central bank governor in order to resume subsidies on fuel, but an exchange rate of 8,000 LL instead of 3,900 LL / USD

The black market exchange rate is 19,200 LL
The British embassy in Lebanon will temporarily withdraw part of its staff and dependents from Lebanon due to the deteriorating living conditions, and lack of fuel.
The new increase has been decided on, with agreement to buy needed fuel worth 225 million USD. Enough till September.

Public sector employees will be paid 24,000 LL for daily transportation. That's about 500,000 LL monthly.
