"Autism school 123", the largest Lebanese school for children with autism, will close in the coming weeks due to the country's economic collapse.

Accordingly to the school’s founder, Saritta Trad, they would need $1,000/month to cover fuel costs alone to keep the building open.
The 123 autism school opened in Beirut two years ago and provides personalised educational services for autistic children, as well as training for families to help them be more effective caregivers.

A dinner took place at the US Embassy on Tuesday, headed by the USA ambassador Shea, and attended by diplomats, in addition to the Lebanese Army Commander, General Joseph Aoun, and the Director General of the Internal Security Forces, Major General Imad Othman. (Edit)
Sidon: A child was found on the stairs of Al-Bahr Mosque by the custodian at dawn. He appears to be in poor health.

The Red Cross transferred the child to Hammoud Hospital, as referenced by the Public Prosecution Appeals Office in the south. The infant will be transferred to the Islamic orphanage in Beirut.

This is the second publicly-reported infant abandoned on the street by his parents. Nationality is unknown, but likely Lebanese.

Beirut: The Lebanese army's Intelligence raided two warehouses hoarding subsidized medicines in Ashrafieh and Raouche.

Dozens of Panadol boxes were found. According to the price tag, they are of old stock, when each unit costed 5,000 ⁠LBP. It is currently sold for about 44,000 ⁠LBP.

The owner was ordered to sell them in less than 2 days to the public.
