⋯ Deir Al-Qamar features the Church of Saidet et Tallé, one of the most important religious sites for the Maronite community. Monk Nicolas Smisaati built on the site over the ruins of an old Phoenician temple dedicated to the goddess Astarte. It was destroyed by an earthquake in 859 and rebuilt. The second church was destroyed by the Saracens and rebuilt during Fakhr Al-Din's reign.

🚨 Few hours ago, 4 Israeli jets entered the Lebanese airspace from over the sea, according to Syrian army radars.

Currently, intense Israeli UAV activity is reported over southern Lebanon, notably Bint Jbeil.

Israeli jets are currently flying over the border area, while IDF soldiers are combing the fields facing Barnit military outpost.

The Military Court issued a ruling this evening against Simon Tanios Fares, handing him a 15 years sentence and stripping him of his civil rights, "for joining the IDF, obtaining Israeli citizenship, and entering Israel without permission from the Lebanese gov."

The head of the land transport union, Bassam Tlais, announced that “if all measures are approved and the government fulfills its commitments, the official taxi tariff will become 10,000 LBP."

According to OTV, the last government formation issues revolve around the Ministries of Social Affairs and Economy. But why these two ministries?

Because, the IMF and World Bank projects are to be negotiated and approved through these two ministries.

Yesterday, at 9.35 am, an Israeli UAV violated the Lebanese airspace from over the sea, west of the town of Damour, and carried out circular flights over Beirut, Baabda and Aley, and then left the airspace at about 15.25 pm.

Yesterday, from 05.50 am until 08.51 a.m, 3 hostile maritime violations of the Lebanese territorial waters were recorded in Ras Al-Naqoura, by the Israeli enemy navy.

In an interview on LBC with USA Senator Chris Murphy:
