The appeal public prosecutor in the south, judge Raheef Ramadan, opens an investigation into the circumstances of the fuel tank explosion in Al-Zahrani facilities.

What burned? Was Lebanese army gasoline. Gasoline that is used to power car engines not produce electricity.
But I doubt they know the difference between the types of fuel in the world. How come and they think diesel is used to generate electricity in Lebanon!?

Fuel-oil, it's fuel oil or gas that is used to generate electricity at power plants.
Investigation on port blast:

Minister of Interior Bassam Al-Mawlawi refused to give permission to pursue Major General Abbas Ibrahim, and rejected the request by the investing judge Tariq Al-Bitar to summon Abbas.

The attached video is NOT from a Lebanese Forces party training camp in Lebanon. It's outside Lebanon.

However, Lebanese Forces party does have training camps in Lebanon between Arz-Laklouk area. The vehicles seen in the video are 7-ton transport vehicles for the US military, Army branch.

Location is likely Arizona.
The Lebanese military court issued in absentee prison/punishment sentences to 8 Lebanese who entered Israel at a undisclosed time and obtained Israeli citizenship.
