The decree allows the Palestinian refugees (who were born in the Lebanese territories and officially registered with the Ministry of Interior) to work in 70+ professions, including medicine, engineering, law, and public transport, that were previously reserved for the Lebanese nationals.

Gebran's argument relates to the sectarian system in Lebanon. As a minister, he denied thousands of Lebanese a job they earned after successfully passing the examination, because of a greater number of Muslims vs Christians.

Nada Homsi in a tweet denies she had cooperation with the enemy. She also expressed a pro-Palestinian position.

However, visiting the enemy country is a crime in the Lebanese law. No dual-national Palestinian can enter Israel without screening & approval from the GSS / Shin Bet.
