Besides the obvious non-Lebanese accent, it appears the Saudi coalition's video proof was doctored by the Saudis. You can clearly notice the voice was added to the video. No sync at all.

Iran unveils new “exo-atmospheric maneuvering” technology, evading air defense.
By using “pressurized gas thrusts or dual liquid fuel” outside the atmosphere, the missile trajectory is variable, and the “exact direction of the warhead is unpredictable” –Islamic World News relates. This “greatly reduces the chances of an air defense missile hitting a warhead”.
The main advantage in this method (compared to maneuvering in the hypersonic flight) is the not expensive upgrade of the old warheads. Iran becomes second to Russia to unveil such technology.
