In Tripoli, Lebanon, the situation continues to deteriorate, as locals attempt to storm the Lebanese army checkpoints and barracks.

Yesterday, a boat heading to Cyprus with about 80 people trying to emigrate from Lebanon, sank near the port of Tripoli. At least 6 have been confirmed dead. While the army blamed it on the boat's captain, the locals accuse the army for having rammed the boat.

When asked about the boat, some locals in Tripoli politicized the tragedy claiming the "equipment and the GPS were manufactured in Dahyeh, because in Dahyeh they manufacture missiles and planes" and that "Hezbullah and the Syrian regime is responsible for the Lebanese poverty".
