-- The morning USD/LBP exchange rate was: 2450 / 2500. The USD is being traded at 2500 for the first time since September 1992.

-- As for now ( 3:30 pm): The USD buy price dropping back really fast reaching 2400, where market will probably close at 2350. What happened?

Everyone started exchanging their USD when the rate reached 2470, there is no willingness to buy USD at 2550.
