🇱🇧🇮🇷 PM Mikati accepts Iranian offer of free fuel

Prime Minister-designate Najib Mikati met with the Iranian ambassador to Lebanon, Mojtaba Amani, this week and agreed to an offer of “free fuel” from Iran, an official close to Mikati tells The Cradle.

Mikati has provided the specifications of the fuel Lebanon requires to run its stagnant power plants, as fuel from Iran is not compatible with the Lebanese grid. The fuel would need to be bartered with a third country.

Lebanon has not yet obtained a full Israeli recognition of its right to everything north of the 23rd line, in addition to the rest of the Qana field.

Lebanon is awaiting a written response from Amos Hochstein.

Thr Islamic Jihad Movement (PIJ) acknowledges the death of 12 of its members during the latest Israeli aggression.

Of the 12, two are its North and South brigade commanders.

Most of the rest were murdered during the unprovoked pre-emptive attack on observation points.

Hopefully if time permits, I'll write a small analysis about the "Unity of Fronts" campaign similar to the one I did for "Sword of Jerusalem"
