5. A change in the way that the PA deals with resistance fighters that includes cutting off lines of communications with them, which were previously used to persuade them to abandon resistance and join the PA in exchange for a stipend and rent.

Romanian security forces kidnapped Lebanese-Belgian businessman Mohamed Bazzi for his alleged financial ties to Hezbullah.
