⋯ 🕰 Two more television channels announced they will not comply with the government's decision to postpone DST: Al-Jadeed and OTV.
🕰 What time is it in Lebanon?
~10:55 on state channel Télé Liban (pic 1). ~11:55 on OTV and LBCI (pics 2 and 3).
Many channels never displayed a clock before. They've added a large and clunky one for the sake of this stupid controversy.

The recent events in Israel are of upmost importance because they highlighted how one's hunger for unrivalled power can sow chaos in a stable kingdom.
And like every kingdom for Jews, chaos will always prevail before their collapse due to internal and external factors.

⋯ But while the current situation will not collapse Israel, it has successfully divided the Israeli community into two camps that hate each other and are willing to bring the other down. This will eventually contribute to a weaker, disunited community during any crisis.
This crisis is unique, because it was enough to bring down a trustee of Netanyahu, MK Yoav Galant, who is now yet another ally turned opposition. The opposition here and in today's current political scene, is an anti-Netanyahu one.

⋯ “I see the source of our strength eroding,” Galant warned.
“The growing rift in our society is penetrating the IDF and security agencies. This poses a clear, immediate, and tangible threat to the security of the state. I will not lend my hand to this.”
Galant's words echoed a real concern because this crisis has impacted the Israeli army regular and reserve force.
According to Israeli media, many ex-soldiers protested the judicial changes. This involved many influential soldiers and war heroes.

⋯ The military chief of staff, Lt. Gen. Herzi Halevi, has told government leaders that the number of reservists reporting for duty this month fell so far, that the military was on the verge of reducing the scope of certain operations. The military high command is also concerned about the possibility of resignations from full-time soldiers, two of the officials said.
What will Hezbullah and the Palestinian resistance do? Mostly likely help sow additional chaos while avoiding a war.

⋯ - Netanyahu's office considers holding a referendum on the judicial reforms.
- His cabinet is still divided; Justice Minister Yarev Levin withdraws his support for the reforms. For those in Lebanon, remember to manually set your devices' clocks on Wednesday night to avoid confusion the next day.

Earlier today, the IDF attempted to simulate how they think the alleged Hezbullah member behind the Megiddo Junction operation infiltrated Israel.
Despite suspecting that the infiltrator used a ladder, they did not use one during this re-enactment.

🕰 Prime Minister Mikati... sickened by the timezone issue
The Daylight Saving Time (DST) issue turned sectarian to the extent of troubling Prime Minister Mikati:
«A govt source told Al-Joumhouria that “the chemotherapy treatment for the ‘sectarian hour’ hysteria is over, but it left behind side-effects on PM Najib Mikati, who is resentful to the level of ‘disgust’, as he cancelled appointments in the Grand Serail that had been scheduled the day before [the Cabinet decision]”. (...) Mikati told the ministers at the meeting that he could not endure everything, “and from today on, I will adopt another way of working”.»
After the meeting ended, Mikati revealed to the public that postponing DST had been prepared for months! Yet, as noted by Al-Joumhouria, «he took the decision [to cancel it] within the Cabinet to show, from his side, that he wants to preserve the Cabinet and its role», in order to safeguard «the last shred and prestige of the Lebanese state».
