Update on the northern situation: Again, it was a false alarm in northern Israel.

No threat existed and the expensive Patriot air defence missile was fired for nothing.

⋯ According to journalist Ali Shoeib, the explosion witnessed in south Lebanon was the impact of the Israeli Patriot air defense missile.

Deputy leader of Hamas Saleh Al-Arouri is on TV to reject any claims that Hamas raped, burned or beheaded any civilian.

This is true as no evidence (regarding rape and burning) was provided by the Israeli army nor is this the moral code of Hamas.

The only documented case of beheading was of two Israeli soldiers, through a campaign which involved dozens of factions and hundreds of people.

Remarkably, most if not all photos of burnt bodies in cars being distributed as Israeli civilians are infact Hamas members and Palestinian civilians who crossed into Israel.

⋯ Al-Arouri: “When the Israeli Gaza division collapsed, civilians from Gaza entered and clashed with the settlers, and civilians fell.”

He added: “The leadership’s instructions to the fighters were clear not to kill children and women.

“It was not Al-Qassam’s plan to harm or kill civilians nor kidnap them.”

“You can't blame us for killing foreigners, when we go kill a soldier in uniform and he/she ends up having a US or French citizenship.”

"We had intelligence that the army was planning to attack us after the holidays."

He added that: "Only 1,200 Hamas fighters participated in the attack and entered the Israeli army barracks and settlements."

"The Israeli army will be making a huge mistake by invading Gaza. Our defense is better than our offense."

🚨 ‘Red Alert’ for rocket fire from Lebanon towards Israel.

The Lebanese army commander met the US ambassador to Lebanon to discuss the ongoing situation in Lebanon and Gaza, and the ties between the Lebanese and American military.

The Israeli army says it has carried out strikes against more than 3,600 palces in Gaza Strip, using more than 6,000 tons of explosives.

During those attacks, hundreds of civilians weere killed.

In response to the continued Israeli massacres, Saraya Al-Quds (PIJ) fired 130 rocket towards Ashkelon and Ashdod.

IDF says the alert in northern Israel was due to an Iron Dome launch.

No proof of projectile fired from Lebanon to Israel. Likely another false alarm, making it the second false interception today.
