🔴 The Israeli army acknowledged the death of 4 new soldiers in Gaza:

☠️ Major Yehuda Cohen, 25, a company commander in the Givati Brigade's reconnaissance unit

☠️ Staff Sgt. Yonadav Levenstein, 23 years old, a fighter soldier in the Givati Brigade's reconnaissance unit

📝 It's quite important for everyone to understand, that Israeli armour is one of the toughest in the world and one RPG or one ATGM impact is not enough to destroy the vehicles, let alone render out of service.

That's a real challenge for anti-armour units. Understanding that, will make you understand the true extent of losses in Gaza.

To put it into perspective, the majority of fully destroyed tanks in 2006 were destroyed by IEDs not ATGMs.

📰 Based on footage of the attack today, which was unfortunately leaked by some.

We can understand that Hezbullah attacked the Israeli army base entrance (at 2.27 in the video) with a small version of its Burkan rocket from nearby the base.

This was followed by two Israeli airstrikes on the rocket launch system, after 30 minutes, followed by heavy artillery shelling.

The use of the short-range heavy-load rocket was confirmed officially by Al-Manar in tonight's news.

🔴 A few earlier, an Israeli airstrike took place in Bastara farm in Kafarshouba hills in south Lebanon.

Artillery and flares were fired in various other areas.

🔴 Another Israeli airstrike in Rba' Al-Tibn in Kafarsbouba and Al-Maysat area near Al-Wazani.

🔴 Hamas announced the death of 60 hostages in Israeli airstrikes since Oct ⁠7, including 23 whose bodies are under rubble and they were not able to retrieve.

🔴 Rocket fire from Gaza towards Tel Aviv in response to the Israeli massacres in Gaza.

To end the existence of Hamas

The issue with such claims isn't the feasibility of achieving its goals, it's the mistake of setting goals that will define who claims the win this war. To achieve that, Hamas' leadership has to die and its fighter to surrender.

If the Israeli army fails to do that, its war objective will not be fulfilled and Israel can't claim winning the war. It can't claim the win even if all Gaza is destroyed and Hamas lost 10's of thousands of fighters.

If at the end Israel leaves Gaza and Hamas's leadership is alive and the fighters are still there, they will claim victory by denying Israel's claim to have achieved its war goals.

But that all aside, the greater obstacle isn't there, it's Hezbullah.

Israel has the firepower and manpower to kill the leadership of Hamas if it's willing to pay the price to occupy Gaza and reach the city centers.

However this is meaningless the moment Hezbullah decided to make itself the guarantor of the survivor of Hamas. Hezbullah's leadership took the decision that it will be responsible for the survivability of the movement.

Based on that, Hezbullah will utilize all its abilities and join the war in full force the moment the existence of Hamas is in danger. Till then, Hezbullah will restrict itself to limited operations on the border no matter the losses or achievements.

The IDF has the choice of leaving Gaza and facing the backlash of defeat, or risking a war with Lebanon that will destroy Gaza, Israel, and Lebanon.

📰 Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital in the central Gaza Strip: 9 killed and dozens injured in the bombing of Al-Maghazi camp arrived to the hospital.

🔴 Hezbullah issued a statement announcing they located a group of Israeli soldiers hiding inside a house in Metulla, and attacked it with guided weapons.

🔴 The Israeli army released a video showing their airstrikes earlier tonight, in response to the rocket and ATGM attack from Lebanon.

🔴 The Israeli army attacked the main water source in Tal Al-Zaatar area in Gaza city.

Water from the destroyed storage tanks is flowing on the roads, going to the drains.
